The location was great. The hotel was 4-5 min walk from train station and 15min walk to Lourdes main religious site and next door to restaurant open late. Also close by other restaurants and shops 5 mins away. Loved that management was very responsive via email/phone and that she sent security code for door and left key for us when she wasn't available at desk. Loved that there was security code to get into hotel. I felt more safe. Also, she was able to accommodate that we requested 2 separate beds. I liked that there is an elevator. The rooms were comfortable and clean and had a heater, if needed, and the bathroom was basic and clean

I didn't like that there were only 2 outlets to charge electronics/phones - only 1 in the room and 1 in the bathroom.

I had a really great stay at the hotel Ocean. Recommend it 100% Pascale is the perfect hostess, very friendly and an excellent cook. If you have the opportunity to dine there do not hesitate you won't be disappointed. The breakfast is very good too, with good quality local products. Everyone at the hotel Ocean is very friendly. The hotel is very close to the train station and a short distance to the shops, restaurants and the sanctuary.

The hotel was about 15-20 mins walk to the Sanctuary (depends on your pace), 3 mins from the bus stop/train station. Staff were very friendly. A reminder that you won't be able to check in early as the bed might not be ready, even if it's 1.45pm. You would have to come back at 2pm to check in. A small bar of soap was provided, lucky that I brought my own shampoo/conditioner with me. Hotel was okay for 2 nights, solo traveller.

No aircon/electric fan

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Really made us feel welcome. Facilities were dated but clean. Wonderful buffet breakfast with choice of many different meats, cheeses, breads, vienosseries, and local products. Best we had in Lourdes (and we tried quite some)

The room was a bit cramped, the folding doors to the bathroom were awkward to operate. There was some damage to the bedframe, although this was not a problem.

The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel had a lift. The lady who ran the hotel was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good. The grotto was only 10-12 minute walk away. It was very good value for money.

The restaurant was closed. It is on the opposite side of the grotto to the bustling restaurant/bar/social side of Lourdes so our walk was through a run down part.

The staff in this hotel are so helpful. They helped and gave advice about everything the bus stops straight across the road and brings you down to the grotto We had a great stay rooms lovely beds are so comfortable and a lovely shower. We will definitely be back to stay

A, family run hotel. Very basic but very clean. The breakfast was scrumptious, made up of a great selection of lovely cheeses. Worth the extra €9.50

Would be nice to have a lounge area what one could sit and catch breath after the climb up from the Grotto. That's the only minus for the price

The owner Pascale was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located 2 minutes walking distance from the train station and 10 mins away from the lourdes sanctuary. Location is great and the room was very clean but a bit small.

The bathroom didn’t have shampoo.

Super friendly staff, extremely clean, and finally very central location near the grotto. So ideal if you want to visit Lourdes yet have a comfy bed with your own clean shower and toilet.

I was surprised by the fact that the rooms still have physical keys, like a long time ago, but honestly, it did not matter one inch, as the cleanliness and comfiness of the room and bathroom are what matters to me.

the location is great. close with the central station and the sactuary. also a lot of food options near the hotel. another good point is they clean the room everyday. They respond quick on booking.com chat, the staff speaks english

the size of the room was too small for 3 persons.
