The location was ideal - quiet and scenic, with a decentky sized, indoor pool with opening panels if hot weather, plenty of parking, bar / restaurant on site. The village Aspin is pretty. You could take a ramble into Lourdes along a nearby path in 50 minutes, play boules, eat at a picnic table and sleep peacefully. The beautiful little town of Argeles- Gazost was a short drive away. It was an ideal base for touring where you could self cater. The staff at the restaurant "Au coeur d'Aspin" were very obliging, managing to cater for an evening family reunion of 18 "avec plaisir" at short notice. You can pick up pizzas at the bar.

The socket next to the hob did not work, but all the others did. You may need to look for the instructions for the hob: they were out of sight on a shelf in the cupboard above my head. in the kitchen area and so I relied on the microwave and coffee machine. There is no boulangerie nearby - the machine in the village was out of order.

Very peaceful and wonderful staff. The man in the office area was very nice to me and my family. We didn’t speak French but he tried his best to help us. He called taxis for us and was very patient. He should get a promotion.

The staff was very friendly. We were greeted by a very nice young man who showed us around the area and the apartment. The apartment has a very decent standard and a large bright bathroom at a reasonable price. The whole area is very nice with a lovely swimming pool. There were more than enough free parking spaces right outside the apartment. On Sunday there was a small market on the hotel grounds, it was really nice.

It was a bit poorly soundproofed between the apartments and the stairs in our apartment were a bit shaky.

Properties a bit old fashioned, but we had everything we needed

The location was perfect for someone looking for peace, very quiet. One could hear the stream. The outdoor swimming pool at property was nice for kids.

The apartment was equipped with wobbly staircase which seemed not property mounted to the wall. The room was too small to move around when the sofa was unfolded. The VELUX windows vere very dirty. One could not look though them. Selection of food at the restaurant was limited and price vs quality ratio was poor.

Easy parking and great mountain view

Those that slept in the bedroom suffered from many bites despite bringing our own sheets. No fans available from reception.
