Comfy bed, friendly helpful staff. Small kitchen has most things you need, good hot water. Walkable from the train station ,not in a touristy area but handy for trams and the interesting Les Halles de Lyons food market. The room was nice and quiet whilst we were there.

It was more like a.hotel room with a small kitchen galley added rather than the apartment , which we were expecting, but that could just be us not fully understanding the description.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was okay with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The 24hr coffee machine in the lobby.

The room was in need of some maintenance. There was a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee supplied, and even though you could get coffee in the lobby, you could not get any tea as this was only available at breakfast. Also, there was not enough toilet paper supplied for our entire stay. The laundrette at the property is not run by the property and was very hard to use and expensive.

Great location close to train station, with an easy walk to town centre along a main thoroughfare; though a little way away it's a nice stroll though there is public transport option. The massive Westfield shopping centre complex is just across from the station and there's a big supermarket. The room was quite spacious, with a well fitted out kitchenette. Bed was huge and comfortable, great pillows. Staff were friendly and helpful. Secure property. Great supply of hot water which doesn't run out and wi fi connection is stable. A great stay!

Very comfortable big bed. Quality bedding. Doors open onto small terrace. Great location - Les Halles Lyon is an amazing huge market. Galleries Lafayette not far. Train station Part Dieu is a 15 minute walk through a huge shopping centre. Other public transport. Lots of nail salons in Cours Lafayette round the corner. Quiet.

Furnishings could use an upgrade. Water pressure in bathroom very weak. A lot of construction in the area - not looking great.

Good location close to the railway station and shopping center with supermarket. The room is clean with all amenities that may be needed including kitchenette. It was quiet in the room, very good overall impression. Free coffee is available on the ground floor. Breakfast is available at additional price, we haven't ordered.

The hotel itself is good for this price however the location is far from historical city center. Entrance door is usually closed so you may need to attract receptionist attention somehow when you arrived for check in.

Hotel is a short walk from the train station and Westfield shopping centre which has everything you will ever need. Hotel is away from tourist areas which we didn't mind. Lyon is a very walkable city. The hotel is older but ok, everything works. Bed is large, a king size. In a quiet area as hotel faces a pedestrian mall.

Great room, and great location! We stayed at this aparthotel for one night only, and we arrived late at night. The reception and check-in process went smoothly, even though it was already 10 PM. The room is spacious and big enough for small family of 4 (2 adults, 1 teenager age 12 yo, and 1 kid age 9 yo). The location is so close to the Westfield mall and Galeries LaFayette. In front of the hotel there's a children playground. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and small shops. Our check-out experience at 11 AM was smooth as well. The receptionist was so kind. We could store our luggage at the hotel's concierge until 4 PM. So we could troll around the city without hassleness.

The Citadines is an easy walk to the train station, and to the huge mall that is close to the station. It is also close to the tram and bus stops. We chose a room with a kitchenette which was great, as we could make our own breakfast and evening meals, and there is a Monoprix within very easy walking distance, and a huge grocery store in the mall. The air conditioner worked well. The front desk staff were helpful, and most could speak some English, and we used google translate if they couldn't understand us. There are washing machines and a dryer on site, but the dryer was very expensive for 10 minutes of drying.

We had an apartment on the 7th floor, which had a mezanine floor for the bedroom. If you have mobility issues, or get up a lot in the night, this apartment isn't for you! We left our suitcases down in the living area, which worked well for us. There was also no table and chairs for eating, just a sofa and a desk with one chair. I found the bed a bit too firm, but my husband found it perfect. It was king size, and had good bed linnens.

The staff at this hotel is amazing, very helpful and tending to every enquiry with the right attitude. The room was clean, updated and included a kitchenette that was very handy complete with cutlery. We did not have a sofa but the space was sufficient and modern for two. The shower was fine. The hotel had a limited view.
