The hotrl is close to the city center/old town, 20 minutes wolking distance approximately. Polate stuff. Correct room. On Sunday, open market is next to the river, 5 mints walking distance from hotel, very nice domestic food, fruit, vegetable. Lyon City Car is great and very usefull - covers public transport, some museum entrues and you can get discount for the some museums that are on the list that you get with the card.

Not too safety - in the same street are man that should be avoided. Fortunately, if you choose the right street to get to the hotel, you can avoid unpleasent situation. Tge metro station close to the hotel has to be AVOIDED. Good to know that once you book the room, hotem hasto approve cancellation, so not free cancellation.

The property was lovely as were the staff, however it’s in a dodgy location.

The area around the hotel is extremely undesirable, it was unsafe and we were pickpocketed within minutes of leaving the hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean with everything we needed including parking for our bicycles. Location was close to Lyon Part-Dieu and to our bike rental which was perfect for us. It was nice to have a kettle in the room although real cups instead of paper ones would have been nice.

Room a little dated but had everything we needed. Pillows very flat but that seems to be a thing generally in European hotels. A little distance from main centre/old town although location for us was very good as we needed to be nearer to the Part-Dieu train station.

Rooms spotless if a little small, staff very polite. Very short walk to numerous boat bars along the river. Old Town with its many restaurants is only a 10/15 minute walk over one of the bridges.

With regards to the neighbourhood the hotel is situated in I strongly recommend when leaving the hotel turn left then first left and you will find yourself on the banks of the river and it is very pleasant. Head in the wrong direction and you will find yourself in an area which seems to house a mostly male North African/middle Eastern population and the atmosphere could be described as oppressive, especially at night.

We stayed for one night before flying home so were just looking for somewhere basic with luggage storage for the following day. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we would return. Very polite kind staff who spoke excellent English, the room was clean, comfortable, and had great air-con (very much needed as it was high 30s degree C when we were in Lyon) and in walking distance from/to Lyon Part-Dieu train station. After we checked in we walked through Bellecour⁩ to ⁦Vieux Lyon⁩⁦ and back so the location is also very central for getting around.

Everything was good, the staff was very friendly. The building is a bit outdated but that doesn't bother at all. The rooms are nice, bed and breakfast were good. The location was very good. The only downside is that all hotels in Lyon are expensive.

All hotels in Lyon are expensive, this one most likely had one of the best price to quality ratios.

Friendly helpful staff. Room had everything we needed and we were able to store our bicycles in the garage. A bar and snacks were available at the hotel. We wanted to be close to the Part-Dieu train station so location was perfect for us,

If you wanted to be close to the very centre/old town of Lyon the hotel may be a bit far away but it suited us as we needed to be near to the main railway station.

Walking distance to main city main attractions. Clean enough, good bed and shower

The carpet, walls, bathroom doors - all looked old. Not view at all - a building just in front f the windows and noise from air conditioners if window left opened. Even though the location is good, I would avoid walking during the night in the neighborhood

Budget hotel but offered a workable location, friendly staff and air conditioning which was much needed in the 30' heat.

The location is great if you don't venture further away from the centre at night. Large groups of men seem to congregate in the streets and this feels unsafe. However, it is totally avoidable if you just leave the hotel and head towards the river.

It was close to city center, clean and with a simple but very good value for the cost of the breakfast. Moreover the public parking is close and at a reasonable price.

To be honest very happy for the hotel, for sure not a luxurious hotel but extremely clean, comfortable and well located.
