We were relocated to an apartment because the room originally booked was too small. The apartment was great, ideal for 3 adults with queen bed, a room with 2 singles and a sofa bed if needed. Very comfortable. There was a good sized shower/bathroom with decent towels, a kitchenette also provided facilities for light dining, also there was enough space to relax after a day in town.

Our original room was too small for 3 single adults to relax in, plus being on the upper most floor with a window unable to open and the air con not wanting to work everything just felt too hot and cramped.

The room was very clean. The bathroom was spacious. The beds were comfortable. I liked the complementary tea. The location was great, very close to city center, to shops and restaurants. Good enough sound proof.

- One of the night table lamps in our room was not working properly. We fixed it, but it would have been nice someone checking this beforehand. - Even though the shower was really nice and clean, with good water pressure, the lack of a proper door caused that the water spilled all over the floor. - The sink was too far from the toilet in my opinion. - If you don't close properly the doors leading to your room, you could hear everything going on outside. - The elevator is tiny.

Location, ample and delicious breakfast, beautiful breakfast courtyard too. The room we moved to was a good size with excellent facilities. A thoroughly enjoyable stay.

The initial room we were put in was much too small for three adults and one child, with many mosquitos under the roof and therefore right above the bunkbed. We asked to change and the staff kindly and efficiently offered us another much more spacious and more comfortable room.

I didn’t like that my actual stay was across the street. Inconvenient if you want something from the front desk. No drinking water in the rooms. You had to go downstairs to the lobby to use the water cooler.Very small rooms. Difficult to navigate. The shower gets messy with water on the floor.I needed an iron to prepare for an important meeting . They have 1 iron. Another guest used it and did not return it. Maybe have more than 1 available? I did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

The staff was really helpful and speak good English. The courtyard outside of the breakfast room was nice. Great location, walking distance to the port and restaurant. The bathroom was large and clean. The AC worked well and the environment was quiet and peaceful.

If washer and dryer are available on site, it will be very helpful. If the breakfast had more hot items, such as soup, etc. it will be perfect.

Breakfast was very good. Outside, the hotel preserves a classic architecture, specific to the old port. I recommend with all my heart.

That's not the case, I liked everything!!!

The location was quite close to the Old Port and everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was delicious but on the weekend the breakfast room was very crowded. The reception staff were very helpful, especially Julien, who answered all our questions and marked places on our map to show some of the landmarks of Marseille. The only downside was the size of the room, barely big enough for two people with two suitcases.

That's not the case, I liked everything

When we first got there on the 11th the rooms that we got were terribly small and inconvenient. We had suit cases and there was no elevator to the 5th floor in this first building. The other room was like being in a dungeon. The rooms we received on the 19th were much better and we were in a building with an elevator to the 5th floor.

better communication with type of room and where it was located. When we first arrived, we didn't have an elevator to the 5th floor. I would have never booked these rooms if I knew.

Wonderful hotel in the best possible part of Marseille, near the old port. The rooms are spread out over several buildings of the street, ours was in Batiment 50. I loved how big and fluffy the towels were. The room is small and so is the shower-room but it’s well designed, organised and comfortable.

To improve: drawers, there’s a place to hang your clothes but very small space for underwear so if you’re coming for a longer stay it’s difficult to organise your clothes.
