If you’re a tourist, want to do touristy things, catch a ferry to nearby islands, go to museums, or enjoy local restaurants, you can’t find a better location. Very comfy bed and pillows, a perfect heating/cooling system, and a modern shower. The apartment was very clean and properly managed, with clear instructions. Despite the city being notoriously dirty, once you open your apartment door, it’s spotless and makes you forget outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Also, followed up on everything from the time of booking until I left, I had a small internet issue as the main provider had the line down in the entire region, and a staff member showed up at the door in minutes once I mentioned that the issue persist the next day when the followed up, A+ service.
Stairs, there’s no elevator and the stairs are a bit narrow and steep as it’s an old building as anywhere else in the area, but a good workout if you’re young and able :) I was given just one towel for the bathroom sink and shower, and the size of it was in between the hand towel and shower towel, so quite tiny for the shower towel, could be better there. As they have the kitchen (stove), could’ve left a small bottle of oil and salt & pepper for some eggs in the morning.

Check in was easy and staff were welcoming. Great location only 2-3 minute wak from Vieux Port. Lovely apartment, nice size (apartment 29). Air con was very quiet and worked well. Bed was comfortable.
Our only issues were the shower and the coffee. The shower screen is open ended and it made the floor very wet when used. You then had to try and dry the floor with the shower mat and dry it during the day on the radiator. This meant that the bathroom and apartment smelt of damp all the time due to wet towels. The coffee machine is very loud and the apartment were charging €1 to the room for every coffee. We bought our own pods from the small supermarket around the corner which works out a third of the price. In general everything in the fridge/minibar was a bit too pricey to consider using.

The location was great, near the old port so close to transport links and an abundance of restaurants catering to all tastes and pockets. Because our apartment was to the rear of the building it was very quiet. I cannot say if it is quiet at the front of the building though the street was not especially busy. The staff were also very attentive and concerned to make our stay as stress free as possible.
It was difficult to have a shower without soaking the floor which was a bit of a nuisance and bear in mind that the building has no lift and you have to use the stairs to access the upper apartments.

The apartment was very nice and in an amazing location, close to plenty of restaurants and just a short walk to the Vieux Port. The staff were super attentive, always checking in to make sure everything was okay, which made the experience feel really welcoming and cared for.
The only downside was that the apartment was on the fifth floor, and the building didn’t have an elevator. The climb was quite tiring after a full day of walking around, though the staff kindly helped us carry our heavy luggage up when we arrived—we really appreciated that, even though we felt a bit bad about it. Overall, it was a lovely stay, and while the stairs were a bit of a challenge, that’s pretty typical in Europe.

The location was close to the Vieux Port metro station and convenient to all the things that we wanted to see in the city. The room was very spacious, way beyond the typical hotel room size. It had a working kitchen and laundry, which we made use of. I was pleasantly surprised when a video I started watching on my phone suddenly was almost automatically cast to the big screen TV. The person at the reception desk was incredibly helpful. The view was decent - a pedestrian street.
The reception desk wasn't available at night. The laundry washing machine was difficult to figure out how to run.

The location of the accommodation not far from the old harbour and just a few steps from the beautiful square in front of the old stock exchange, where you can have breakfast, is just great. You are in the centre of the shopping area with the most wonderful fashion shops, there are many restaurants and a small supermarket just around the corner. The renovated and very nicely furnished flat is on the 2nd floor. It is very well soundproofed so that you can't hear anything from the street when the window is closed and it is wonderfully tempered by air conditioning. A blessing at 36 C degrees! The agency staff were very friendly, helpful and always responded immediately. A very nice pied a terre in this great city which we can highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is absolutely stunning — spacious, stylish, and incredibly well-equipped. It has everything you could possibly need and more. The view from the window into the quiet courtyard was simply beautiful, and despite being located right in the heart of the city, just steps from the Vieux-Port, it was perfectly peaceful. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the warm days, and every detail in the apartment was thoughtfully arranged for maximum comfort. If I could give 15 out of 10, I absolutely would! When we return to Marseille — and we definitely will — we already know exactly where we’ll be staying. Highly recommended!

Very well located, 5 minutes walking to the old Port area, surrounded by tons of restaurants and cafes. I rented a Studio (Studio 29), which was located at 1st floor and had a nice view to the indoor garden. Apartment was quiet and clean, with a kitchen well equipped, that was having all the amenities needed for a long journey. Marc, the Manager of the Apartments was very helpful and considerate, helping us with everything we needed.
The building is an old historical building without elevator, so if your apartment is located on the upper floors you'll need to take this into consideration, also. No parking available right near the apartment, if you travel by car you need to use one of the nearby private parking lots.

We had a room at the 4th floor to the garden side. As there is no elevator, it's always a step climb in a not so nice stairway. The room itself is big and got a small kitchen and living room and a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was quiet and good to sleep. The location is great to explore the old parts of the town and closely to the Metro. The fridge was filled with beverages.
Securitywise it could the better. The room doors have simple locks and the entry door at the street was sometime open. The shower is messy as you can not avoid to wet most parts of the bathroom floors. There was no free coffee capsules (1 Euro each) for the machine. Trying to get to the place and unload the baggage was a nightmare (on a Saturday afternoon). There is no place to quickly stop, and the road leads to a highly populated area with people all around and hard to find a way out. The safe is very small and will not take your iPad or laptop.

Modern, comfortable apartment in a great area and lovely staff. Big bedroom and comfy bed. Lovely to stay in an apartment after hotel rooms. Had a side view of garden at the back and side view of a town square. Hot weather for June so the two air conditioners were welcome.
Bathroom vanity a bit small and not much room to put out toiletries. Shower was large though. Opened bedroom curtains and people on balcony right opposite. I just closed curtain and fine. Hard walking up stairs with bags and cases but worth it to be on second floor.
