- very, very comfortable, luxurious apartments with great facilities - we had apartments with balconies and it was wonderful to eat meals and have a drink on the balconies - good location - walking distance to many things and close to public transport

-the base of the shower was quite new and very slippery with nothing to hold onto if you lost your balance, I suggest you provide a rubber mat for people who may need it - we had to walk from the hotel to the accommodation with our cases over cobbled streets, we were worried our cases would lose wheels, - there was actually a better route with a smoother street. it would be good if staff took that route to the apartments - when booking - the accommodation is at two locations, it is not clear which accommodation is at which. At one point I had two accommodations booked - one in each location. I suggest changing the name/ brief description of each accommodation to make it very clear which location.

Decor in my room was lovely. Lobby and 'bar' area is very nice. Staff was polite and for the most part, friendly and informed. Location - just coming off metro at the harbor - is ideal although that's not an area you really want to spend too much time in - it's crowded, commercial, not that interesting. Other parts of the city are better.

Mosquitoes in the room drove me batty the first night. Night manager brought me anti-mosq stuff but it did nothing....I ended up taking my very thick and comfy eiderdown off the bed and sleeping on the (very nice and large) bathroom floor! Not the hotel's 'fault' but given that the next morning they told me they couldn't change my room, and that there were mosquitoes still prevalent all over the hotel even in October, think they should take charge of the problem and figure out a way to 'treat' all rooms for guests.

Excellent location on the Old Port. New hotel from the leader in decor and design Maisons du Monde. all spaces have been decorated with beautiful pieces from their different lines and come together beautifully.

Sometimes when decor is the key focus, practical angles are missed. this is a hotel room and has to be functional example in my room (306) there was a kettle but no plug point! so to use it, you had to move it to another area of the room. in this case it was near the window, on the floor. the wardrobe is blocked by a comfort chair. to access it, you need to move the chair around....

Great hotel in a central location with lots of places to eat within a short walking distance. Lovely friendly staff. Beautifully decorated room with a huge bathroom. Even though it was in a very busy area the windows in the room were very effective at keeping out the noise from the street.

The only thing that would improve the experience of staying here would be the addition of a small fridge in the room, other than that we couldn't fault it.

The personell was extremely friendly and helpful. The furniture and design was great. Everything was very clean. The breakfast was amazing as well. You can even use the comunity area to work the whole day, internet is very fast and you can store the luggage as long as you want. The location is also amazing....right at the port with amazing view. I highly recommend this hotel.

I did not like the blanket too much as it felt like a syntetic filling which heated up a lot so i felt hot at night

The staff were really fantastic and allowed me to check in early as I had had to check out of my airbnb that morning. The bed was very comfortable, The room was very clean and was exactly what I needed. Reasonably priced for the location.

Would have liked to have had bottled water provided. Or even milk. There was a coffee machine with coffee pods but I couldn't have coffee without milk. The view wasn't great but to be honest I was just grateful I could check in early.

Clean, quiet building in great location with nice, new, modern facilities!

Pillows were sparse. We had an apartment for our family (2 teens) and the pullout sofa was a bit odd, mattresses were horizontal set up so they would slip and separate during the night. Also the toilet is down the hall from the bathroom, with no sink access. So if you use the toilet you are then forced to not wash your hands whilst navigating through the apartment to wash your hands. Feels a little strange.

This was the perfect hotel for us in Marseille. The location is brilliant as it’s on the old port with views of the harbour. It’s a very vibrant (and quite noisy!) city but our room (a comfort double, so overlooking a side street not the port) was really soundproof. All very comfortable and beautifully fitted out. The breakfast is also fab. It’s a buffet with everything you could want, plus they will cook you eggs, pancakes etc to order.

Fantastic location at the Old Port. Beautifully designed interior. Very clean. Amazingly quiet for its location.

At breakfast, some of the pastries seemed stale next to all of the other pastries we had in our month of travel in France. One person who appeared to be managing the breakfast for a couple of days we were there was abrupt and rude to us and some other customers. All other staff was very helpful.

I was greeted with a wonderful smile and gracious instructions. Staff in general was very helpful. The location was amazing, and we enjoyed the room decor. Breakfast was delicious and well displayed. The hotel decor in general was wonderful.

Room was a little small and not enough large surfaces to put our things.
