The hotel was so clean and beautiful Christmas decorations. The staff were lovely, and the lady who checked us in was amazing. We will most definitely be back and recommend for anyone.

We took a long weekend at the hotel and very much enjoyed our stay at Coeur de Megeve. The situation in the center of the village was ideal. The room was very comfortable, clean, well decorated and cozy. The staff - well they were exceptional from the friendly and efficient check-in to the restaurant staff. I need to say something about the restaurant staff - they really were an " equipe de choc"! We ate in the restaurant each night and it was very busy. Nevertheless, the staff were friendly and helpful - shout-out to Karine, Antoine and the young guy who was getting married that weekend (sorry I forget your name!). The food was exceptional too. We are both looking forward to coming back again!

The only thing I can really say I would like to change is to have a second chair on the balcony. Usually, there will be two people in the room and it seems odd there is only a chair for one person!

The hotel is located right in the centre of the village, close to a parking area. The location ia very chic. The breakfast was excellent. We also enjoyed their signature cocktails. Also, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly making our stay very enjoyable.

The room we stayed in was great for a couple but it has very limited privacy as the bathroom and shower area are in the room, only the toilet is separated by a door.

Good breakfast, although no one told us about hot options on offer. So found out from friends staying in another room. Excellent quality breakfast with lots of choice. Lovely cosy rooms with pretty views from balcony. Great central location. Staff went above Sav’s beyond, so courteous and helpful. Exceptionally clean. Room facilities fab. Loved our stay. Would stay again!

Excellent location. The hotel is definitely expensive but very classy and beautiful in the heart of the town. We conveyed to them that it was our anniversary but we didn't get anything special nor an upgrade. Even the cake was charged which we had requested for! All in all a good trip and definitely worth a visit!

It is fully renovated, the location is amazing and the redoing wonderful.

We had a dog and when we checked out, they asked us to wait so they would « check we forgot nothing in the room ». Not used to those kinds of demands. However, the way they wanted to check was the best they could do. A coffee for the wait would have been appreciated.

The room and facilities were top notch with a great view. They provided everything and more that we needed for our 2 dogs. The breakfast was simple but absolutely delicious, and everything on offer was of superb quality, just what I was after! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
