Baby bed was new and the extra mattress made it very comfortable. The bed was large and comfortable. We had the family suite which was a good size for our family. Kitchen was well equipped. The L'Occitane toiletteries smelt beautiful! Close proximity to a lovely boulangerie, the Palais and a children's park.

Even though the rooms were a good size, the family suite was a strange layout. The toilet was central with no close sink. The ensuite to the main bedroom didn't have a shower curtain, which meant the bathroom at the entrance had to be used instead. The pool was being used at midday by a group of mid-twenties who had a crate of beer and loud music playing. We didn't use the pool as this was not a suitable or safe environment for our young daughter to be in.

Great location, great breakfast. Good value to money. The staff were very nice, the pool is heated, so its very cozy all day long. The Room was clean and the towels were changed every day. On the second day, we had a problem with the coffee machine. I informed the lady in the front desk, and it was fixed on the same day. It was our second visit to this hotel, and I totally recommend this hotel ! We would definitely come back.

This hotel is amazing, it has been our second time here. The 2-bedroom apartment is very comfortable, with all the amenities needed. All the facilities are very clean. The restaurant and bar are very enjoyable and with good food and service. The pool and sauna are a plus, even during winter time. We will come back!

Nothing to say, it would be good if it was located in the middle of the village, but the shuttle service provided by the hotel works perfectly well.

Good location - close to town (walkable) and Jaillet lift. Pretty hotel complex of lodges , rooms smart/clean and nicely appointed (even with kitchen facilities should you need). Friendly staff , nice breakfast .

Only small things - 4pm check in is very late , hardly gives you time to enjoy your stay if one night. Parking 25 euros per night, quite expensive. Pool whilst looking nice outside is not heated enough for winter bathing.

The localisation is great, 10min walking from the village, very convenient. Shuttle available as well. The staff was very welcoming and the entire booking process was easy and smooth. The room was comfortable and cozy. All wooden, really felt like I was in a mountain Chalet. Did not try the pool but people seemed to enjoy it very much like the spa. There was no snow but we saw the ski facilities that looked great. Easy parking.

The room was in front of the elevator so a bit noisy in the morning (people tend not to pay attention).

Very friendly staff, great and easy to reach location. We arrive by car and the provided parking was excellent, much better than in many other places. The room was very comfortable and well-equiped

I think breakfast needs some work. The offering is very small, expensive, and not up to par with similar hotels elsewhere around Europe.

Lovely facilities around the property. Cozy bar with great cocktails and live music on one of the nights we stayed. Outdoor fire pits and happy hour waiting for you post skiing. Staff were very accommodating throughout and the shuttle bus to/from town and the slopes was handy. Decent breakfast and dinner options. Would definitely come back!

The surroundings of the area are very lovely. Super atmospheric. The room was cozy and comfortable. Location is pretty close to the town centre and walkable. The beds were good. Showers good. The balcony was lovely. The pool was lovely with robes and towels provided.

There was only one WC in our family room, which was pretty uncomfortable. But two showers en suite in each room. Both rooms were rather small and compact.

Rooms were comfortable and warm. The pool was relaxing after a day on the slopes. The free shuttle to and from the village centre was excellent.

The toilet is in a separate room to the sink and shower. The outdoor pool would have been better if it was a little bit warmer.

the noise of people in other rooms and hallways were particularly loud the walls must be thin, only bad like this in the morning wouldn’t let it ruin the trip
