Bertrand and his team were very friendly and helpful, from the reception team to the staff at breakfast who gave us a warm welcome every morning. Lovely breakfast, just what we needed before a day skiing. It’s a great location, very quiet but only a 5 minute walk to the restaurants and the Chamois lift. And a one minute walk to the bus station which was very handy as this was the drop off and collection point for the Alpybus which we used to get to and from Genera airport.

A kettle in the room would have been handy but Reception were happy to give us hot water when we asked for it.

The property has a lot of charm. Rather small which i enjoy, not overcrowded. Very well decorated in the original charm of a chalet. You feel a bit like at home in the cosy living room drinking a tea by the fire with friends and family. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very comfortable.

The bathrooms are a bit outdated but still very functional. The breakfast was nice but could have even more choices however you just need to order directly to the kitchen anything else you would like.

Excellent location 5 mn walk from the pedestrian zone and the restaurants/bars/shops. The bus station to get to the ski slopes is next door. Easy and free parking within the facilities. The hotel is a really charming place, well decorated with a fire place. The room was spacious and spotless. The hotel staff is also excellent, courteous and professional

Had the feel of a bed & breakfast with very friendly staFF nd large choice at breakfast; fire in the fireplace made the large reception more like a living room. A classic 3 star hotel. Location is 1.3 km from Rochebrun Téléphérique; all shuttle busses leave 3 min away for those not wanting to walk. restaurants 5-10 min walk.

Amazing accommodation. The 2 ladies there were very accommodating; they let me leave my bags as I checked in earlier to go skiing. They also upgraded me to a lovely room! Hotel staff were super friendly and accommodating. On my departure they gave me a glass of cute luxurious chocolates from them as a thank you! Would 100% come back again and recommended it to everyone too. Hotel is very homey - has a lovely fire place! It's not to far located from the main streets and skii resorts (only about a 10 minute walk, if that!). Room was very nice and warm! (in the previous hotel I had stayed at in Megeve, it was freezing!), so that was very very nice. 2 ladies there on arrival/check-in helped answer my ski related questions as I had never been skiing. Recommend!!

Loved the staff and the cosiness of the hotel with the fire. Perfect for what we were looking for as we had a couple of nights out in the town and a couple of nights having a few drinks by the fire.

Mattresses are a bit hard for me but that is a personal preference

Very cozy, quiet and perfectly located hotel for visits to Megève. Nice breakfast in the morning, no restaurant in the evening, but that is hardly a problem, as you are at 3 minutes walk from the village centre with plenty of options for shopping, dining, ... small but adequate private parking behind the hotel...you immediately feel at home in the peaceful lounge, where you are left alone as if you were at home, but always with someone around to help or serve you drinks if needed. Room was spacious with plenty of storage places - which is definitely not always the case in other hotels. Don't expect the fake friendliness or overly intrusive 'special attention' you get at 5-star hotels ( which we don't like), but expect just the right service you need for a relaxed holiday. We'd certainly go back !

The internet connection could be improved upon... Wifi-connection was fine, but the speed was pretty bad, making it difficult to use even simple websites, and streaming movies was a challenge. These days, fast internet is just too important for many... That really was the only thing we found annoying at La Grange d'Arly...

Excellent location, particularly charming and helpful staff, lovely bedroom with nice view and very quiet. The central bus station with free shuttle buses to all the town’s main ski lifts just yards from the hotel.

Breakfast was fine but weirdly the boiled eggs were always cold and the bread rolls were always hard.

All their staff were extremely helpful and very very kind. They accommodated every single request from us, gave us very helpful information on places to visit and how to get there. If truly felt like being at home.

There was nothing to dislike about this place. It was fantastic.
