Staff was amazing. Couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Fab location. The bathroom in our room needs updating. Shower not great but there was not a single other thing to fault! The hotel was closing for the end of the ski season the day we left. We were never rushed - in fact, the opposite even though we were the last ones in the hotel whilst waiting for our airport transfer. We were made to feel very welcome and taken care of right up to the very moment we left. We will definitely be back - but hopeful that the bathrooms will get a much needed update before then!

The only thing was the bathroom. Very dated with a shower that was not pleasant to use. Really needs an update. It is the ONLY thing that let the hotel down.

The customer service was the best I've ever encountered. Have to especially mention the concierge. The design of the hotel is extraordinarily beautiful. The food, perfect. Hope to return someday. If all Sibuet hotels are this outstanding, I'll have to add them to my bucket list. ( and I don't usually put hotels on.my bucket list!)

The weather. Thank goodness the hotel was nice.

Fantastic stay in Megéve at Hotel Mont-Blanc. The first time to the region and the hotel staff made our stay very easy, they were extremely accomodating, particularly with charging our electric vehicle. The room and amenities were lovely and the breakfast was standout. I'll definitely be coming back to stay again.

Great location for skiers. A warm, welcoming environment and generally helpful staff. We ate once in the restaurant, which was very good.

Breakfast a bit of a lottery as the room couldn't accommodate all guests. Breakfast service needed greater oversight. Also, need more ski lockers.

Nice, quality produce at breakfast. The bar is in the reception area of the hotel, is beautifully decorated, comfortable and serves good drinks with lovely nibbles. The hotel restaurant is also very good. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Being slightly picky, if I had to mention a downside to an otherwise excellent stay, I think our bathroom and it’s plumbing need a refurb. Slightly dated and there was an air lock in the pipes from time to time which was noisy. The bidet didn’t work at all.

I liked how there were different areas for the different levels of people in ski wether it was a beginner or someone advanced they each had separate places to ski in and learn in.

The crowding of people was a bit much

This property is located in the middle of everything. Room was very nice. Staff was very helpful with all details with our stay. Restaurant was excellent. Breakfast very nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff, The pool and sauna were quiet and always available. The restaurant and especially the cocktails are excellent

The decoration of the bathroom in the room we stayed in was a little dated. In addition the bath had no shower curtain or glass. But a quick call to reception and this was remedied very quickly.

Absolutely wonderful find in Mageve. Beautiful hotel with great facilities and wonderful staff.

No air conditioning and in the height of summer the rooms do get warm. However a fan was provided.

Great experience, friendly staff I have been to a lot of hotels never saw a manager as good as Benjamin, super friendly and helpful, the right person in the right place. Definitely ill be back
