My stay at Hotel Bristol Metz Centre Gare was simple yet pleasant. While the accommodations were basic, they matched the expectations set by the photos, and the experience was elevated by the amazing staff. They were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly welcome. The hotel’s location was a major highlight—close to the central bus and train station, in a nice area, and just a short distance from the city center. It’s perfectly situated for exploring Metz or for a convenient stopover. Although not fancy, the hotel provided everything I needed for a comfortable one-night stay. The combination of great service, convenience, and a practical setup made it an excellent choice.

The Hotel is 4 minute walk to the gare. The room is big, clean and smells good. Aside from that, the hotel staff are so kind and accomodating. We arrived late at night, and cold, and the staff even offered us warm drinks.The next day, when the breakfast hour was closed, the staff offerred us bread while we were drinking our coffee. There is also luggage storage storage where we left out staffs while we roam around the city. Over-all I highly recommend Hotel Bristol Metz and will surely book this hotel if we visit Metz again.

It is located nearly in front of the railway station. The staffs are all friendly and helpful. Very good firm bed, I slept exceptionally well. It is a type of hotel which the old house was turned into hotel, not new modern all loolking-same chaine hotel. There is a bathrub. Wifi was working very well. They have a very good cancellation policy for a business person, it is one of the reason I always choose here

I didn't bother me but there was some damage in edge of bathtub or edge of wall, so it gives sometime a little shabby looks, but there is no practical problem so I don't really care.

Room soundproofing a little lacking. Something kept banging on the building facade in the wind at night. (Room 510) Beds and pillows a little too hard for my liking. Lack of hairdryer but I brought my own

Direct at the train station, short walk to the beautiful historic city center. Staff was super helpful, 24h always there. The single room was just as it should be, bed was super comfy. However, the private bathroom was a bit too humid, but for a short stay it is good enough. Also the window was not to the street so it was quiet and well placed.

An excellently located hotel (right opposite the Metz train station and a short walk away from the train station). Friendly and welcoming staff. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. No issues whatsoever.

After showering a lot of water was on the bathroom floor. They took dirty towels but didn't bring new ones.

The location was great, almost next to the train station, and within easy walking distance to the centre of town. Many restaurants nearby. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and were able to answer any questions I had.

Nothing really, the rooms were a bit plain, but didn't make a difference in my stay.

Great location by the station. The neighborhood feels safe. Kind staff, cozy and clean room. They have hairdryer if you ask for it.

Would be nice to have a water kettle in the room.
