In general, all very good. Our room faced the parking lot behind the building but that meant it was quiet and we could even sleep with the window open a bit for fresh air which was nice because the air conditioning hardly worked. Breakfast was very good - nespresso machine and nice collections of loose teas and fresh squeezed orange juice. Location is reasonably central and the available private parking made it easy when we came by car. Room was clean and comfy and the shower gel smelled nice. Staff was friendly and they managed to squeeze us in for dinner in their restaurant which was good because it was fairly popular and we booked this all a bit last minute.

The staff had a great vibe and energy. Melissa was the great friendly face that met us. She is a full of energy and her energy definitely made a difference to our visit. The following day we met Anaïs who was also very friendly and helpful. These two ladies are great assets to the service industry and I wish them well

Melissa mentioned that we might be able to expect a gym and other facilities in the near future so looking forward to visiting when I’m next in Metz

Very quiet, well insulated. Clean room. Comfortable beds. The room had a good size, with a table and chairs, a closet and a mini fridge. Great location. I would definitely stay there again.

There was no toilet brush! There were outlets only on one side of the room, which made it difficult to charge our phones in bed. In the room we had only disposable paper cups, no real glasses or cups.

Fantastic location in the heart of Metz, with onsite parking which is a plus given how difficult it is to park. The hotel has been recently renovated and is in perfect conditions, with a modern look and feel. Rooms are on the small size but very fonctional and comfortable.

Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Nice bar and restaurant. On a particularly raining evening we stayed in for dinner and had a very enjoyable meal with excellent service. On site parking with an easy walk into town.

Comfortable accommodation and friendly staff.Wide choice of breakfast.I loved the extras like a griddle for toasting pancakes. Dinner prices good value The location is excellent.It is central for the old town area and only a few minutes from the main station,with a pleasant location.

Facilities in the room are not great, lack of electrical plugs, bathroom could do with a renovation, but overall we had a good stay

Location was great. Steps from the train station and to the city center. Staff was professional and personable. Helpful in answering all of my questions. Room was a good size, able to open window, bed was very comfortable.

Hotel was clean and the front desk staff were nice. Breakfast had a good selection. Location is good close to Cathedral.

We tried to have dinner at the restaurant but our kid doesn't eat anything of what they have on the menu; so we went to get some MC donal's for him. But were not allowed to eat at the restaurant because of his food.

Good standard of hotel with good sized rooms. Short walk into the town. Recommended for city break.

The car park was difficult to find and also hard to find anywhere near the hotel to stop to ask where the main car park was!
