The location was ideal, just a short walk to the main square and the tram. The apartments were spacious and had a good working kitchen. The bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly! The common areas were a bonus.

Towels were not changed, which was not the issue, but an extra bath mat should be provided, due to the way the shower is configured and water tends to run onto the whole bathroom floor, if not careful! As the hotel/apts are situated in an area that makes parking difficult, if you have a large vehicle (mini van), be prepared to find alternative parking.

The apartment was very spacious and clean, with spacious closets. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. The location was great.

The walls were so thin that you could hear a conversation happening on the street in the middle of the night, and people walking and talking in the rooms next to us. Sleeping was a bit challenging as we kept waking up from noises.

Great location in the city of Montpellier, we were able to walk to the sites. Easy to find, lots of restaurants nearby. I liked that this was attached to a hotel so there was a front desk team to support us and provide assistance to our requests. One attendant was fluent in English and taught us some French words. The courtyard is nice, my partner and I spent time there. There is a lift on ground floor, so no stairs to take luggage up.

In general everything was between good and very good with the exception of the shower. It hasn't any door or even a curtain so whenever we showered the water was spread on the floor of the bathroom make it unpleasant to move, so we were obliged to use our towels to clean it. really a big mess where it could have been avoided easily.

I didn't have breakfast at the premises. The staff were exemplary, courteous and professional at all times. The room was spotless and the bathroom was perfect. Location was excellent and checking in/out was smooth. I would return and recommend.

Central location, close to the train station and main tram lines. Apartment concept is great - is mixed with oldery residence so do not hesitate to chat with grandmas😉. Hotel zone is very quiet what makes out of sleeping in city center an excellent experience.

Excellent location near Place de La Comedie. Clean, comfortable, up to the same business-like standard you would expect from the Ibis chain. Small balcony on our room was a bonus I wasn’t expecting. Good breakfast. Good value for money in a town which seems quite pricey.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, just off Place de la Comedie. The staff is super helpful, and the 1 bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely clean and comfortable room, great location for exploring Montpellier on foot and parking available on-site (for a fee). A few basics were missing from the room (like tea and coffee) but reception happily provided these when we asked.

Good location, very close to tram and central city. Facilities were good and staff helpful. Easy to stay in, low effort! Enjoyed the extra shared spaces like the courtyard, the library.
