I loved the location of this hotel - very close to la place da comedie - lots of restaurants, shops and takeouts nearby. Perfect location for if you're travelling alone and don't want to concern yourself with public transport or solo taxi trips (which can be quite expensive). I walked to most places from this hotel which was super convenient. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating.

If you want a luxury stay, that's not the reason you choose this hotel. Very basic room and amenities. The room was clean but upon arrival my bed sheets were slightly stained - I asked the staff to change it to which they did and also offered me free breakfast to compensate. The level of customer care definitely made up for this!

The hotel's staff members are truly helpful and pleasant to liaise with. Prior to arrival, I needed to change the number of rooms reserved and room type. Cécile was quick to respond to my requests and enquiries and went an extra mile to make it work for me. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a nice and polite receptionist. I even came across the hotel owner in the lift and he's a very cheerful person himself. The rooms we stayed in were bright, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance from the hotel, there're plenty of restaurants.

It's not the fault of the hotel. We drove through a tunnel-like spot when going to / from the hotel and it's dim and dirty.

We arrived very early but were allowed to access parking immediately and receptionist advised us to come back an hour before official check-in, when indeed our room was ready. We had a very pleasant small terrace and our room was a good size with a very comfortable bed. Although the situation looked unpromising the hotel was within easy walking distance of the central part of Montpellier.

Once again, a bathroom designed for disabled users which was a wet room, However it was large enough and with a large shelf to keep things dry. Breakfast room a bit gloomy.

it was a 100% value for money accommodation. It is a very clean hotel. We had a nice, quiet and spacious room, with v. good wi-fi and private safe indoor parking, very close to the city centre. The nightshift receptionist is extremely polite and helpful. The owner of the Hotel passed by the premises during our check-in at 11:30pm and gave us good hints on various topics concerning our stay and the city. Thank you Philippe for your great hospitality! Unfortunately it’s not a chain hotel to accommodate us in all other Countries that we visit (we have been working in the tourism sector for 35 years).

Stayed at the apartment that's also part of the hotel - just across the street. Very spacious with a living room and kitchen. The hotel has its own parking, and is very walkable to downtown Montpellier.

Slightly less convenient than staying in the hotel proper, having to cross the street with luggage. We didn't get a chance to sample the breakfast. Downtown is walkable, but probably 10 minutes away or so.

Modern private hotel, Very friendly staff, The rooms are not very large, but very comfortable, separate toilet and shower, good soundproofing, very clean, We had wonderful sleep and rest at night, Secure parking, the parking gate is closed even during the day, Very tasty breakfast, Coffee in the room Great place to stop, no deposits, everything honest and everyone polite, our best experience in France!!!!

Exceeded expectations. Very highly recommend Excellent location. Few minutes walk from train and easy short walk to all main tourist sights Young man at reception was warm and welcoming. So much better than this push for self check in. Room was ready. Again early pm check if room ready so much appreciated. So much better than rigid late pm Super clean. Super comfy bed. Shower brilliant. Lighting and power points excellent Coffee machine kettle and small fridge appreciated Wifi stable and fast Sound isolation superb couldn’t hear building site or trams

Comfortable, clean with a great shower. Centrally located close to Place de la Comedie and Gare St. Roch. The air conditioning was terrific especially given the 99 degree heat.

It is not that it could have been better but if you are expecting all sorts of toiletries, etc., the room was basic. However clean, comfortable and roomy. My husband loved the bed, it was a bit hard for me.

The hotel provides very basic accommodation so geared at budget traveller but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and heat. Internet worked fast. Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is in a safe area, a very short walk to both the train station and the main centre. The bus to the airport has moved to a different area and is a 20 min walk away from hotel so still easy to get to. Overall I would stay here again as it met my needs, was cheap and just what I needed.

Great breakfast and excellent location.... so close to City Centre and Train Station . Our Suite included a lovely outside seating area, complete with spa bath . Staff were wonderful... especially Cecile when I needed some help.
