Staff were very polite, approachable and helpful. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well (no noise or other issues from the outside)! Bathroom was sufficiently large (compared to the toilet) and the place felt clean. We could also easily walk to the city centre with a tram stop just next to the hotel. The underground parking with a door leading to the reception was really convienent. Roof top restaurant with a small pool if you are in a mood to not move around.

Personally, I found the toilet was a little small for the price, that said it was seperate from the bathroom, so a plus for hygiene.

I have to admit that the hotels surprised me positively despite the photos on the website and the opinions of travelers. What I liked for sure was the modern character and excellent food in the restaurant. What is an undoubted downside are problems with check-in and long waiting at the reception, and similarly to my assessment of the reception service - whenever you are going to wake up very early in the morning, remember that there is a person not related to the hotel. I had huge problems to explain that I had already paid in advance and to get the invoice / even though I did it all just to leave in the morning without a problem.. However, I leave the high Booking Remark due to the service in the restaurant and the quality of the room.

The downside is undoubtedly a lot of trips arriving at the hotel and making a huge mess at the reception and causing a long wait. I understand that this is the profit for the hotel, but you have to decide whether you want to be a tourist hotel or a slightly more luxurious one, so you can see that it's not possible to combine them so far. Personally, I came across a trip/tourists from China and waited 40 minutes to check in later about the same time in a restaurant because the whole trip also directed its first steps there...

We stayed in a Deluxe room for 9 nights which was fantastic. Wonderful layout with great use of space. Loved the separate toilet. The push button shower was another great feature. Couldn't fault anything in the room. Breakfast was great too. Reception staff, especially Elizabeth, went out of her way to ensure we had a great stay. Location was perfect - more or less part of the Polygon shopping centre. As it shares the same car park it was great to cut through and come out at Place de Comidee.

Staff were brilliant - in particular Tom at reception who went above and beyond to ensure we were made welcome and had all the information we needed to enjoy our stay at the hotel and in Montpelier. Excellent cleanliness Lovely decor

The en suite toilet was very small. For an older person with replaced joints, it wasn’t easy to get into the bath for a shower, as the bath is deep and nothing to hold on to. A corkscrew as well as the provided bottle opener would be useful!

The hotel was fabulous from the very beginning of our stay, when valet parking was offered; nice touch. The staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the location was perfect; around the corner from all the shops and amenities and only a short walk to the beautiful old part of town.

Nothing, they’ve got it spot on - it felt like a 5-star hotel, not a 4!

Lovely accomodation! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The accomodation has a rooftop area with swimming pool where you can also have food, snacks and drinks. There is parking available and valet is free, you only have to pay the cost of the parking (which is location inside the shopping centre). The accommodation is close to the centre and everything is walkable.

The very narrow menu in the restaurant. It lacked variety and vegetarian/vegan options. Not enough room for sun loungers around the pool, only slightly reclined pool chairs were available.

The room was comfortable. My 3 year old loved the rooftop pool. Some of the staff at breakfast were really kind. There was a big bathtub in our room that my daughter loved.

The hotel was really hard to find. We went through the shopping centre and no one seemed to know where the hotel actually was so we spent a long time wandering around before we found it. Also at breakfast the food was very picked over and they ran out of orange juice.

Better than expected. For first arrival to Checkout. The service (by Mathias in reception to all the other staff in restaurant), the facility (room and roof terrace etc) and the gym was all great. Loved the fact everyones flexibility, from checkout at 12 to late breakfast. Im quite picky but for me it was a 5 star experience

the lighting in the room. We had to use our smart phone flashlight to see what we were doing. But in fairness, it must be a Europe wide initiative to save energy using very low wattage lighting throughout.
