We stayed in a very large and comfortable family room, with really effective air con, in a heatwave. The reception staff accepted our late evening booking and checked us in efficiently, which was welcome after a difficult journey. There was a nice games area, we didn't use it, but it added atmosphere. Its near the car and train museums.

It is slightly out of the way in town, a walk down a busy road. Be prepared to speak French if you can, it caters mainly for French tourists, we presumed - there was a trade delegation there when we stayed.

Great hotel with great location. Breakfast was generous with friendly serving staff. Our floor's cleaner lady was very very friendly.

We were staying in a large room with three beds, it was a great, comfortable room. What we didn't like is the bathroom had a clear glass door and a clear glass window just behind the bath. The window was looking towards to the entrance door to our room, this was awkward. The cleaner came in and my friend was using the bathroom, she is embarrassed. Also there are no other mirror's apart from the one in bathroom.

The hotel is really nice, large clean rooms suited for families and it is nicely located in walking distance of the city centre. Also the fact that you are able to charge your electric car was a big plus. We initially wanted to stay only 1 night but we ended up booking the same hotel for our trip back home.

The rooms were quite warm and it wasn’t clear how to turn off the heat. But when we asked reception helped.

It was busy, clean and very close to the centre. Easy to navigate and secure parking facilities were an added bonus.

Decor a little outdated in the room (fluffy carpet), would ask for another room as I’m aware some have been updated. This is a pro for some so this is a personal preference rather than a complaint.

Very clean, good bed, pretty good pillows. 2 tv's, one for each double bed (2 adults + 2 children). The two beds had its own room separated with a portal. We will certainly pass by again when traveling back from Italy next time. Best price/quality since a long time for me.

Excellent parking facility. Large room and bathroom. Plenty of hot water. Staff were helpful. Excellent dinner - flexible for our vegetarian friends. Comfortable bed, nice linen.

The room was comfortable, but the light switches didn't make sense: the bedside light, for instance, couldn't be turned off from the bank of switches by the bed. Had to get out, cross the room and find which switch worked the bedside light...Turning off the bathroom light, turned all the lights out... The breakfast was OK but there wasn't a hostess in duty when we arrived in the dining-room. No-one to take orders for drinks or room numbers. The jacuzzi didn't work, but the bath was wonderful! In Room 122 the bath sloped which wasn't good for showers. The baths were slippery - it would have been good to have a non-slip bath mat. Also maybe more grabs for getting into/out of the water.

Loved this hotel: we had a great room, very clean, very quiet, the staff was very friendly. Great dinner at their restaurant. We warmly recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with secure underground parking for our motorcycles. Lovely lounge area with great staff, serving drinks very late in the evening. Short walk to town for a good range of restaurants. Breakfast was good, rooms were comfortable.

It is a big hotel and a bit of a hike between the car park and the reception, then 2 lifts to the rooms we were in, but all in all, I would stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable (comfort room), location is great and breakfast is really nice and affordable. The hotel staff was lovely! There is some construction going on but the people are so lovely, it’s not an issue at all

Everything ia nice, just wifi was weak in the room, dropping off several times.

Central to the town with easy secure parking. Near to the Schlumph Collection and local shops and restaurants. The hotel is solidly built and therefore the rooms are quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, setting us up for travelling to our Swiss ski resort.
