Our stay at Berti hotel was like a second honeymoon. Everything was exceptional. The staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good and fresh products.Location great, near the train station and the city center. Very good connection with Colmar, Strasbourg and Basel.Hope to return here soon and bring our friends with us. Great vacation!

I wish we had more days to enjoy the great hospitality and beautiful surroundigs.

The hotel has a certain charm -- far more than most establishments these days. Big, comfortable room giving onto a quiet street. Good breakfast with plenty of choice. Friendly staff. Close to station and to tramlines into town. My stay was an emergency arrangement, having had a flight cancelled at Euro Airport, so I couldn't relax for long and enjoy the facilities, but I'd be happy to stay longer at this hotel.

I walked from the station and found the map provided by Booking.com rather less than helpful, so that it took me rather longer to locate than I'd have wished, at a time when I was tired. Otherwise no complaints.

Very comfortable room. Quiet street, so it was okay to leave the window open. Excellent breakfast, lots of variety. A short walk from the station, not very far from the old centre of Mulhouse. Friendly staff. An interesting building from the 18th century with a number of living rooms with nice older wooden furniture.

A few steps up from the street. There's a lift, but it didn't cope with one person and one heavy suitcase. (The lady at the reception lugged the suitcase up to the room for me!) A large screen in the breakfast room showed cooking programs, a bit intrusive in the early hours of the day.

First do yourself a favour if in Mulhouse book a room here we were treated so well I recommend this hotel .On arrival early due to train we were welcomed and shown to our room which was very nice I had asked for twin beds this was arranged our host Masima {apologies if spelling incorrect } advised us that this being the first night of a 4 night stay we would move to a different room the next day, on return from our day trip to Strasbourg the room had indeed been changed and our luggage moved by the staff .Given room 1 at the front entrance very large and comfortable .Breakfast was consistent and enough to start the day off well .Good shower and housekeeping always on the ball .This was the best part of our trip which covered 3 countries a gem of a place with top class friendly staff exceeded any expectations that I had . Thank you .

Pillows in common across Europe are very soft , I mean soft which for me is a problem but subjective .its impossible to carry everything when travelling but a firm pillow is something I will add .

I am a seasoned traveler, yet this was one of the better stays I have had. Cathrine was the prime reason. She did everything for the customers, carried my bag to my room and showed me around, explaining everything. She made repeated efforts to book a table for me at a restaurant for my New Year’s Eve. She greeted me in the morning, served me coffee in the restaurant and was in every way courteous, attentive, smiling and kind. For a couple having an early departure, she offered them breakfast at 5 am. The hotel is nice, old, charming and with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. Location is brilliant, 2 minutes’ walk to the city center and seven minutes to the railway station. Mulhouse is a nice city, easy to get around and some good restaurants and bars. If you go here, you know where you should stay!

It would have been lovely with a hotel bar.

The hotel is located very comfortably near the train station, and a short walk from the city center. The staff were super nice and welcoming. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not big, but everything in it was excellent and great quality. I will definitely come back on my next visit :)

Our room was on the small side, but not tiny.. The shower was not closed off properly, and even though we did our best not to spray water, it got on the whole floor, and stayed wet for a while.

The personnel was amazing, very polite, and friendly. We stayed in Mulhouse for a wedding, and the Berti personnel helped us with ironing our wedding clothes and all of our unusual requests. The Hotel itself is charming, with an elegant classic style with the comfort of modern utilities. The room was perfect for me, clean with AC and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was also pretty good.

I never need a lot of space in my hotel room, so I was very satisfied with its size, but I can imagine other people might need bigger rooms. I must say that the room was really clean and cozy

We were travelling by bicycle in late April and arrived tired and cold.The staff were so friendly and helpful and there is a safe room to put our bicycles. I am gluten intolerant and they went to the trouble of specially catering for me at dinner both nights we were there, delicious , as was the non gf options. The hotel is right on the edge of the old town and close to the train station. The rooms are modern and breakfast was great as well.

Exceptionally kind and helpful staff. Lovely old building and we loved the artworks. Location ideal, easy walk to centre but quiet area. Parking on site for motorbike was great. The room had everything we needed, and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Hotel Berti was easy to find because it was near the canal and Eurovelo 6. The attractive medieval city centre was within close walking distance. The staff were outstandingly friendly. I made used the in-house restaurant both nights. There was on-site indoor storage available for my bicycle.

I have no suggestions for improvements.
