Bright, fantastic place in the center of the city. Magnificent view. Exceptional location! Very kind staff. The single room was great. Nice big bathroom. I enjoyed making delicious cup of loose leaf tea for breakfast! Will definitely come again!

I've stayed at the hotel during the New Years Eve time. The hotel still had the Christmas decorations that were AMAZING! The room was spacious and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small dogs! The hotel is situated in the city center, where everything is in walking distance. The parking is public, however the entry and parking spaces are quite narrow. The entrance to the hotel is from the parking! I loved the stay there!

I did not like the breakfast much, it was quite expensive and there were variety nor vegetables at all. For me, it was important. Would be good to add some healthy vegetables :)

Hard to find so directions would be great. We decided to have breakfast and it was overall very good but not perhaps worth 15 euros each for us this time but maybe we were unlucky.. the bacon was not nice at all and the omelette cold.. we maybe should have asked for fresh omelette plus pancake maker was not working and that was main reason I took breakfast.. fresh fruit was very tired and they ran out of pineapple even though we were not very late up.

This was an amazing stay! We were just looking for a simple hotel for one night stay during our roadtrip, and didn't expect much from the hotel. However it was a very positive surprise when we checked in. I would call it a boutique hotel, because the atmosphere was just astonishing. All the interior was decorated in a very bright and modern style, with lots of art like pictures and objects. Rooms were very stylish as well. Very nice and friendly people at the reception. And I recommend to take the breakfast in the hotel! Breakfast was not just about food, it was kind of experience! You have the atmosphere of a cosy home, where the food is stored in a vintage fridge, and tea in the cupboard. And food itself was just amazing!

The only thing I didn't like was a squeaky bed with an uncomfortable matrace.

We liked the quirky and playful ‘kitschy’ decoration and atmosphere at the hotel lobby and breakfast room. It brought a smile to our faces! The whole breakfast concept, including the fridges, was just both funny and yummy. The sofas in the lobby were inviting and surrounded by reading material. Definitely not a boring place! The room was quiet. Helpful staff, and very central location, although the main entrance is in a bit of a back street.

The (public) underground garage that has a connection to the hotel was difficult to find and was in poor condition (water leaks etc).That’s not the hotel’s fault nor their responsibility, just a minus. On the flip side: it was good to actually have a parking space connected to the hotel.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town and just under a fifteen-minute walk to the train station. The lobby and sitting areas are lavishly and creatively decorated with all kinds of kooky pictures and objects, giving the whole ground floor the feel of a cozy curiosity shop. My room upstairs was very spacious and luminous. The bed had a top-quality mattress along with four comfortable pillows. I believe that the rooms are sound-proofed as mine was wonderfully quiet. In addition, the bathroom was very well designed with plenty of room for toiletries and was equipped with a very good shower. Finally, there was an espresso machine so that one could enjoy coffee in the room.

There were two things I was not thrilled with. First, I like to sleep in a cold room, but when I turned on the air conditioning, I could hear it but not feel any cool air. As a result, I woke up frequently during the night because it was too warm in the room. Second, I spent a long time searching for the hammam, or spa, before finally going to reception to ask where it was. Even when told how to find it, I had difficulty as it involved groping my way through a completely dark breakfast area and locating a door which bore the sign "closed." After another trip to reception for further clarification, I finally made it. However, I was disappointed to find that the facilities were rather limited.

The quirky bedroom was brilliant and breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.

The directions to get to the local Indigo car park were very poor. Staff highlighted it in a town map. But we followed these instructions and could not find the car park. We returned and obtained more directions and finally after a delay of 2 hours we were able to locate the car park. You need to provide a larger scale map to clients. We had ridden from Bavaria on a motorbike for 10 hours and did not need a further two hours riding around Mulhouse looking for a car park.

Large very unusual cluttered hotel. Rooms were large and comfortable. bBathroom unfortunately had shower within the bath, dated tiling and cracked basin. The hotel is ideally located jn the old town but driving to it is a nightmare, hotel only advised of carpark gps Co ordinates and not the streets of roadworks which look like they are months worth ongoing. Once your there it is within walking distance of all the old town amenities.

Finding the hotel as most of the old town is under huge street detours and roadworks. Hotel carpark was difficult to find as the hotel sign is very small.

The staff were extremely friendly and the quirkiness of the hotel has to be seen to be believed, with so many cool little furnishings and decorations within the hotel. the breakfast was very good too. Great hotel, I will stay again next time I come to this area

Parking is the only thing which is something which could be better. although there are plenty of local car parks, there are none which are extremely close to the hotel. In wet weather, as I had, it was not ideal at all walking to the car from the hotel

The hotel could not be in a better position. The staff is extrimely kind and helpful. Example: as soon as we arrive and met a young woman who provided us glasses of water because it was a little hot, then suggested us the best thing to do cosidering the time we have and our tastes

In my opinion the air conditioning system is not powerful enough. The curtains of the room were a bit short and didn't cover the window perfectly so we slept not well protected from the light of the early morning
