Walking distance from city center, good bed, well equipped kitchenette, great bathroom, good communication with staff. On the day of our arrival, they called to inform us there was a bad odour in the family apartment we booked, and offered us two adjoining studio's instead, at no extra cost.

You can not park in front to unload your luggage, but have to carry your luggage around the block, from the public parking Sainte Catherine, unless you can park underneath the hotel. Reception closes at 6pm. We were supposed to get a code to park underneath the hotel, but didn't get it and could not contact anyone to fix this when we arrived around 8pm. So we had to park at the public parking.

The hotel is well-located. Staff is friendly. The rooms are spacious. Value for money is great. The hotel doesn't have a parking, but public parking is super close and cheap (check: "Parc de stationnement - Sainte-Catherine") It's one euro/h and is free from 19:00 till 09:00. That's cheaper than the daily rate of most hotels.

Very happy with our stay, we arrived later than anticipated and reception was closed, the after hours check-in procedure was brilliant. We were sent clear concise instructions in French and English and were able to enter our impeccably clean and modern apartment with absolutely no problems. Location meant we were able to leave our car in the nearby parking lot (free from 19:00 to 10:00am. Would def stay again. One small suggestion would be to replace the silicone in the shower room 207

Overall I enjoyed my stay. I liked the location, which was close enough to walk to old town but removed from the noise of it all. The room was a decent size and fairly comfortable/clean. The front desk staff were friendly. I was there on a weekend so the front desk closed early and I needed to let myself into the front gate and the door to the building with a code, then into my room with another code, but these worked fine. I liked having access to laundry in the building. I didn't eat the breakfast. I thought the value for money was pretty good, especially considering other places I've stayed in Europe.

There was a bad smell in the room, near the kitchen area; I couldn't tell if it was from the prior guest (maybe spoiled food) or a cleaning product. I've stayed at one other Aparthotel Adagio (Glasgow) and that one seemed newer, cleaner, and fresher, with bigger rooms--this one in Nancy felt a little more dated and tired. But overall it was still fine.

So much better than expected for the excellent value for money price. Our studio apartment was perfect for 2 of us. Clean, modern and comfortable in every way. Deserves more than the 3 start. Having the small kitchen area and dining table was brilliant for us. Didn’t bother paying for breakfast as we were able to shop and prepare our own. Very close to all that Nancy had to offer. Nancy was a bustling town with many bars, restaurants and shops. I’d recommend these apartments to anyone.

Nice, spacious, and cozy apartment. Well furnished and equipped. Huge and clean bathroom with walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed. The living room is comfortable, the couch you can make a regular comfortable bed. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. WiFi is good. On the ground floor, you can find a laundry machine, a dryer, and an iron - all available in the laundry room. The Aprat Hotel is closely located to all of Nancy's famous places and is a walk distance from the train station. Public car parking is safe and not so crowded (you can always find a spot.). In the neighborhood, you can find grocery shops and restaurants.

The hotel should work on improvement of the efficiency of the ventilation system either in the room or on the ground floor. During hot days better to open the room's window, and when walking to the elevator just hold your breath.

Great location, an easy walk to the beautiful Place Stanislas. Also, a grocery store and parking close by. We were lucky because parking in the evenings and on Sundays is free. Our self check in was easy and the room was clean.

It would have been even better if the kitchen included basic cooking essentials such as olive oil, salt & pepper. The window only opened a crack so it is probably not great in the hotter months.

Nice, modern room. Very cool windows. It was clean, it was fresh. Security seemed good. Room was well stocked with cooking/eating implements. Overall a pleasant and comfortable experience.

A little bit cramped with four beds, but livable. At first, we were given the wrong code to the outside gate (the lobby closes at night), and we were locked out until someone else came along with the correct code. We weren't out very late, but could be a bigger issue if you were.

Great value for money. Apartment was clean and very functional. Kitchenette well equipped although we didn’t use it as we only stayed one night. Great bathroom. Would consider for a longer stay. Breakfast wasn’t cheap (£12) but very good quality and lots of choices. Particularly appreciated being able to make our own freshly-pressed orange juice. Easy parking down the road by the river - free on Sundays and overnight (6pm-10am)

Lots of noisy construction work going on in the street outside, which started quite early in the morning. Didn’t bother us as we were leaving early but would have if we stayed for a longer holiday. Insulation wasn’t the best so could hear people coming in late but wasn’t too much of a problem.

Facilities. Cleanliness. Comfort. Excellent reception and helpful staff. Reasonably close to main street, walking distance. Breakfast scrambled egg nice. Crush your own fresh orange juice. Hit lucky with son et lumiere in Stanislas Square.

Paying for local parking. Crushed breakfast area. Cost of breakfast - overpriced and not included in stay. Bacon cold, and not the best variety at breakfast for price.
