Great room, location and staff. Madeline was very welcoming and helpful going above and beyond in meeting our specific needs. The hotel is modern and clean. Great blackouts on windows and quiet. Air con in the corridor. Beautiful location with stylish eateries nearby and a cinema. 15 minute walk into town centre.

I hadn't realised I needed to prearrange reservation to park my car due to limited secure parking. Fortunately, there was free onstreet parking up to 10am which was fine as I stayed just the one night. It should be made more clear, when booking, that car parking needs to be reserved. NB: the car park, which is situated under the hotel, is extreme tight for space. Anything bigger than a SUV, eg, Nissan Qasqui, will be too wide and long to manoeuvre.

A simple room for 1 night, clean and convenient with a short 15 min walk into the beautiful square in Nancy but also some resturaunts closer. Nice breakfast continental in the morning for an extra cost less then 10 euro.

Shower a bit like a space ship, but it was powerful. The concierge charged me twice for the room as I had paid first on booking.com but it has been refunded since.

Staff are extremely nice! Will answer any questions you have and will help transport your luggage if you need assistance. Quiet, simple, clean. Located close to the city center so it's easy to get wherever you want!

The elevator was out of service while I was there, which was brutal since I had two heavy suitcases to transport. Luckily, staff helped out with moving the luggage.

The staff were really friendly, the location was great, walking distance to most things in the center, the parking garage was nice and cool. The AC in the room was very nice and there was enough space in the room for my dog to walk around a bit and have her crate in the corner as well.

The mattress was really firm and the pillows pretty small.

Breakfast was included in our booking and the variatey was ok for a budget hotel. The coffee was very good. Parking in the garage requires reservation which worked for us. The garage is quite narrow but it is manageable. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

The rooms are really very narrow. We had a tripple room. Additionally the sink is in the room and not in a separate one. In the morning this gets a bit difficult with 3 people. More hooks to place the towels for drying after usage would be nice. Of course I am aware that I booked a budget hotel and the price per night comes at some consequences on comfort. So the value vs. price was still ok for us as we only stayed 2 nights. For longer stays I certainly would invest more for a bigger room.

Value for money. I appreciated also kind communication with the staff member at the reception who, having kids himself, immediately understood that we are probably tired after a trip and a screaming baby on the hands is no peanuts - gave us tips of the closest restaurants and a discount coupon for one of them just around the corner (100 patates - turned out to be a nice place indeed). Breakfast is fine for a budget place - no eggs, but pancakes n mostly sweet stuff only.

A narrow staircase from the garage - carrying a stroller up is a fitness exercise. Be ware of a 2m high ceiling in the garage - for some tall cars might be an issue to park in the garage, our VW multivan just fit. Also quite some light comes in the room at night - curtains are not tight, there's light from below and around the door from the hall and some funny led lights mounted on the wall that emanate some light even if it's switched off, so take your mask to sleep.

Great location. Underground safe Parking. The receptionist that checked us in was friendly & very helpful. The bed was comfortable & the shower was lovely.

The room had a big cobweb on the ceiling & the toilet wall had a few brown spat & smudge marks on it .. apart from that it was clean everywhere else.

This is a hotel that I does budget right. Nothing fancy, but everything neat, clean, and functional. The staff were friendly and helpful, and able to provide useful visitor information. There was also secure bicycle storage right on the ground floor, which was accessible 24-7. I look forward to staying here again!

Nothing negative at all.

The best thing about the hotel is that very predictable since Ibis follows the same standard everywhere. The price was good. The breakfast was very good and not expensive. The hotel is just in front of a place with many restaurants.

We had to wait several minutes (more than 30 minutes) to make our check-in because the previous client had some issue that we didn't know. I would say that would be better if seeing that the situation with the client was complicated, the employee could make our check-in quickly and continue later with the complicated case. The next tram station is not so close. It was coming some strange smell from some place that we couldn't identify (air conditioner or bathroom)

Wanted a clean, simple hotel near centre for a stopover, and got exactly that. Had booked car parking space, and easy to access. Reception friendly and got map of city. Free coffee appreciated. Room functional and clean.

The only thing i did not like was how easy it is to bang your head on the bunk bed above main bed.
