no air condition :-( no phone in room :-( if we open window for cool fresh air then street and road traffic noise and light from street comes in. if we close window then it feels like and oven without air condition

Nice comfortable room, brilliant rooftop pool, friendly helpful staff and excellent wifi. Outstanding location right next to the old town and with easy access to the airport via the tram system.

Check-in did not go well. We dropped our bags off before our room was ready and went out, returning at 15:00. No room. An hour later, we were escorted to our room ... which was occupied. We were given a complementary drink while the staff sorted things out. Clearly things were not going well overall, judging by the number of complaints we overheard. We have stayed in this hotel before and, on the basis of both our prior experience and everything that happened after check-in, the problems on the day we arrived were highly abnormal.

Location, cleanliness and breakfast Beds are so comfortable I am a loyal client to this Hotel and I love it but there should be some improvements We were there on July 13 and we spent a great time on the roof terrasse. It was a lovely night.

The staff isn’t friendly except Alex (porter) who is a great person. The staff doesn’t welcome customers as it should be for a 4* Hotel (at the reception and at the breakfast). I sat on a table for breakfast and one of the staff ran and said to me “it is already booked” so it was really unprofessional. Moreover, one of the rooms (505) we booked was without Air Condition. We changed to another room and it was the same case. Finally and after few hours problem was settled.

The location of the hotel is the best. Right infront of a beautiful park. 5 min walk to restaurants, market, bars and the beach. The reception ladies were very helpful. we upgraded our room to a bigger and park view. Good value for money. Park view corner rooms are amazing! Highly recommended! The roofbar was cool and small pool was good. The roof view was very beautiful. The breakfast was tasty and many options of pastries. The room was clean, silent and airy.

The location was great. Less than 5 min walk to beach. The rooftop views were lovely.

The aircon wouldn’t work in our room. We were delighted to be changed to a different room with working aircon. However, there was a big window into the bathroom with no curtain or blind. This made using the toilet/shower very awkward.

Location was great, staff were very helpful and welcoming, Rooftop Bar and pool area was really nice, quite expensive but worth the visit for the view and staff were wonderful. Wish we stayed an extra day to really enjoy Nice but was a great stop over and location perfect near everything within walking distance, including the beach and public transport very close. Used the tram to the airport which was perfect. Free wifi as well!

bathroom design is terrible, shower controls confusing, water goes all over the floor. Nice look but impracticable. Reading lights in bedroom are too low so you can't read with them. The window view from our room was a brick wall.. We had 3 knocks on the door during our one day to stay in the room, one person replaces the coffee/tea does not clean cups etc/ one person to replace towels/ one person to clean/ vacuum . All very friendly people but why?? the process needs sorting out. Do the whole lot in one visit.

Very nice, comfortable, excellently-located place. Staff were super friendly and helpful.

The internet was not as reliable as I would have liked, but it was ok. The pool area had no shade at all and the availability of sunbeds was a bit disappointing. It’s hard to rate value for money as it was August, which is never good value!
