It's next to the airport so you don't have to go far if you're flying in. We arrived in Nice before check-in time but they let us leave our suitcases at the hotel while we went to explore Nice. The tram line is nearby so you can easily get to the city center. The staff was very nice. The beds were very comfortable, the blankets were so fluffy, the pillows were perfect. The cups, tea, coffee and coffee cream were restocked daily. It was clean and pleasant. There was AC in the room. It was very nice for the price.

The electric kettle was leaking at the bottom a bit, it should be replaced. There wasn't a fan in our bathroom to help air it out. The hairdryer was a bit weak. But overall these are minor inconveniences.

Pleasant stay here and the staff were lovely especially Lenry & Aleida who work at the restaurant. Close to the airport and tram stops so it was really easy to get on a tram and go to the next town.

There was no evening entertainment at the hotel as stated in the booking and everywhere seemed to shut really early. We took a train too which was an awful experience as it was rammed and coming back I tried to pull my 2 daughters on the train with me and the doors shut and nearly took my arm off. Luckily my daughters are adults so they waited for the next train while I made my way back alone. It made us all very anxious and have vowed never to take the train again!

The hotel is good, the staff is accommodating, and the overall atmosphere in the hotel is relaxed and pleasant. The rooms are functional and it's convenient for a short stay.

One pillow was very uncomfortable and hard. The keys often demagnetize, so they need to be reactivated at the reception. Early in the morning, the fire alarm went off, and people were fleeing down the fire escape stairs while the hotel staff casually chatted. They should have quickly turned off the alarm and informed guests that there was no fire.

The staff were friendly and very helpful in answering all our questions, including very promt replies to messages sent via booking.com previous to our arrival. We had an evening meal and breakfast in the hotel. Both were buffets and both were very good and quite reasonably priced. The hotel is situated near to Nice airport. A short walk to terminal 1, then a free train, which runs very regularly from terminal 1 to terminal 2 was very convenient.

There is nothing we didn't like. The room was lovely but a little more storage space would probably be required if the stay is more than 3-4 days.

Breakfast was good - my daughter loves a buffet breakfast and was very satisfied with the croissants, pain aux chocolate, pancakes, fruit, yoghurt. I try and not eat gluten and they had gluten-free bread for me (very impressed) which was great with my boiled egg and bacon. Reception had no problem with us leaving our 3 suitcases at the hotel, after we'd checked out, and went to visit Nice for the day. All staff were friendly and helpful and their English much better than my French

Didn't realise I has to reserve the shuttle bus to get to Terminal 2 (although that was probably me not looking properly at the info online). In fact, the hotel was less than a 10 min walk from T1 where we caught the tram (for free) to T2.

We made a reservation for one night for two couples. I requested to carry on with the next night for our couple only and did not get any answer. I even asked a second time, but again to no avail/\. When we arrived at the hotel, I reiterated my demand and was answered that there was no problem, but that the price for the second night would not be 144 euro as for the first night but 175 euro "la loi de l'offre et de la demande" said the clerk. We had no choice but to accept. Should they have answered on time, we would have avoided this extra fee.

we chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and we were flying in from Manchester to stay 1 night before joining our cruise ship in Monte Carlo. The staff were lovely especially the bar staff who were extremely helpful in informing us of what we could have to eat early evening. We also sampled a couple of cocktails which were fantastic.

It was all fine we had no complaints. The location was good, the room was fine, staff helpful and friendly and our taxi arrived promptly the next day to take us to. our cruise ship.

The pick up from the airport was excellent. The staff were very helpful and polite. My French is poor but most of the staff spoke English. There was an issue with the bathroom sink and we were immediately asked if we wanted to change rooms. We chose not to move and my husband quickly fixed the problem. The breakfast was great and again the staff on duty were very helpful. All in all, I would recommend this hotel.

Nothing really, but the bar prices could have been a bit less.

The location is excellent for catching a flight in Terminal 1. It is only an 8 minute walk. It is also very quick to catch the tram to take you into the center of old Nice, where there is so much to do and see. The room is good for a short stay, but for a longer stay it would be nice to have a room with a closet and a room safe. Most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. The dinner buffet is good, with a wide variety to choose from

Room could be bigger if we were staying for more than one night.

Booking very straightforward and easy. Staff friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable but small. Good situation for airport especially with the shuttle. Good idea to have choice of number of courses for buffet. Excellent choice of dishes - especially the cold selection.

As we were travelling with a quite a bit of luggage, the room was rather small and we did not have much room to move around. Bath was shiny so slippery. It would have been helpful to have a mat to put in the bath to stand on.
