Our previous hosts had not made arrangements for transfer of keys at midnight . As a family of 4 with a small child we were stranded on the road in the night. At that time of night 2 am most hotels were not taking walk in customers. However Radisson made an exception to take us as a family at that time. Reception very courteous and helpful. I would like to thank the receptionist at Radisson Blu on Promenade Anglais too for allowing us to sit in their lobby for 2 hrs at night of 17 th to 18 th Feb while trying to call several properties to arrange a night stay .

Room could have had better stock of coffee, tea and milk. We found it hard to communicate with the cleaning staff to give us more milk/ coffee always necessitating us to call the reception to receive stocks. Also found it hard to ask the cleaning staff for more shampoo/ hand lotion etc. for a hotel with reputation like Radisson maybe cleaning staff could have been trained to read the English names or use translator apps for basic amenities. But apart from this inconvenience, great stay , wonderful staff at reception with smiles and willing to help… Would stay again

We had a free upgrade to a premium room, it was very nice, modern, and had everything you needed. The hotel is around a 5 minute or less walk from the airport, train station and trams. We arrived at 1pm and were lucky enough to be able to check into our room early, but even if we had to wait until 3pm, the comfortable pool area with it's lovely poolside restaurant is a pleasure to pass away the time at. We took a tram into Nice late afternoon then back to the hotel for a very comfortable night sleep. Breakfast was very nice and in a relaxing environment. Our luggage was left, as our flight home was 11pm, and we caught a train to spend a lovely day in Antibes. A glass of wine back by the pool finished the day perfectly before heading to the airport. The staff were all delightful and the whole experience was a lovely relaxed end to our time in the South of France.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson Nice Airport Hotel. The room was spotless, and the bedding was extremely clean and comfortable — definitely one of the best I’ve experienced in this category. Overall, a great choice for anyone staying near the airport. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning in the reception area, which made check-in a bit sweaty and uncomfortable, especially in the summer. Aside from that, the experience was excellent.

Hotel was very close to the airport which is convenient if you have an early flight. It's also close to a train stop so its easy to get in out of the city. Hotel is also clean with generous space in the room.

While the staff were very friendly, I expected more from their service. I called the reception at one point to ask for some water (as it turns out they don't stock their mini bar), and I was told to go downstairs and buy my own water at their bar area. While I didn't mind doing this, again, I expected more from their service.

The location of the hotel is great, you can see the hotel from Terminal 1, and it is only a short five-minute walk from Terminal 1 to the hotel. The room was very clean and a good size, it had all the amenities you require, plus a 1-litre bottle of water. The staff were very nice and friendly. Yaz, a particular staff member, made the extra effort to make sure my stay was stress-free and enjoyable. He was very happy to help and explain everything to me. The staff all spoke English very well.

The gym was an old hotel room so was very small but there was the basic gym equipment in there.

I had a really enjoyable stay at the Radisson Nice Airport Hotel. The room was impeccably clean, and the bed was very comfortable — perfect for a good night’s rest before or after a flight. The hotel is modern, quiet, and conveniently located near the airport, making it a solid option for travelers.

The only drawback I noticed was that the reception area wasn’t air-conditioned, which made the check-in process a bit uncomfortable due to the heat. If that gets fixed, the overall experience would be close to perfect.

Coming off a late flight it was perfect to jump in. Beds were very comfortable. Loved that there were creamer pods for coffee in the morning and upon checkout we could load the car easily from the reception level in the car park

The sheets seemed damp when we got into bed and I booked a superior room but I think was given a normal one. Also getting in late we wanted a snack but the vending machine was broken and no mini bar to get a snack. Not the end of the world but just a note for others if coming in late like us.

Staff were friendly and kindly upgraded my room because it was my birthday. Room was clean and spacious and had dreamy views.

There was an unpleasant smell in the reception/ lobby area. It would have been good if the area was sprayed with air freshener as the smell did not dissipate. Also, I think breakfast food was quite limited. It could do with more offerings especially with hot food and also fruits. Other than that, everything was great.

Superior room was large,very comfortable and quiet.

Some signage to find the hotel would help, if coming from the L2 tram at Arenas from the city, look for the Crowne Plaza/Holiday Inn, continue past them, the hotel is at the end of the road. For T2, there is no hotel shuttle, you get the free car park shuttle which comes every 15 minutes at the roundabout beside the hotel but it only takes 5 minutes to get to T2 (at 5.30 a.m.).

Typical Radisson hotel with spacious rooms, very well equipped, very clean, king size beds. Breakfast with rich choices and nice products. Very helpful staff. Shuttle to the airport. Gym with all necessary gears.

The hotel needs to have a sauna. Also the windows are completely closed, you cant even open it 5-10 cm. This is extremely inconvenient. The windows should be allowed to open for at least 10cm.
