Location to airport and beach, shopping mall and train station is amazing. Only found restaurants inside shopping mall but they were nice. Air-conditioning was a godsend and staff were very helpful and polite. Food looked nice but we didnt eat in as we met family elsewhere. Lovely pool and seating area - very family friendly hotel.

The lighting in the room was a little bit too subdued. Not enough hooks to hang towels etc so they remained damp - as did our swimming costumes. Would have liked some more clothes hangers too as we only had 6 hangers between the 3 of us. Nothing to complain about - just suggestions to make life easier.

Nothing to fault about this hotel at all. My kids and I had a wonderful room with a double bed and two separate sofa beds (singles), which was ideal. The room and the bathroom were a good size and totally clean, with super comfy beds. The position is great, and it turned out it was not only close to the airport but also 2min walking distance to a big shopping mall, with everything you could need from pharmacy and supermarket to a furniture store. The free parking was much appreciated. Breakfast was great, and they offered delicious gluten free bread. We also had a really good meal at the restaurant in the evening, with wonderfully friendly waiting staff.

We only stayed for one night, but this was a great hotel when travelling with a family! We had a really friendly check-in, when we got to our room the cleaner saw us and came in and set up the sofa bed. We have two young children and the bed was great because it was two pull out single beds! The cleaner then came back with two huge welcome packs for the children, filled with games and juice and little chocolate biscuits. Really nice touch! We then went for a walk along the beach front which was 5 minutes away and there were some lovely bars and restaurants. We came back and spent the rest of the afternoon in the pool, which was quite basic but did the job! We went back out in the evening and all the beach front bars and restaurants were fab. The hotel also has a children’s room with games, a table football and a PlayStation. Breakfast was delicious the next day. The hotel also runs a free shuttle bus to the airport which meant it cost nothing to get to the hotel and back.

Breakfast was a little hectic, it was quite a small space with a lot of people but honestly, the food was lovely and it couldn’t be helped.

Perfect location very close to the CAP3000 and the bus stop to the central Nice, just in front of the beach! Breakfast is really nice one.

Air conditioner does not perfectly worked, but nothing negative overall!

The location is fantastic, it is near the ocean, the mall, and the airport. It is very clean, and the free shuttle is very helpful.

The person who was supposed to wake us up called and the phone didn’t ring (previous guest had turned down the ring tone?) Instead of coming to our room to make sure we were awake, he chose to call us twice and that was it. Good thing I woke up and we made it in time. The whole purpose of an airport hotel is to allow us to get to the airport on time. He messed up and that was unacceptable. He even said, “I was going to come to the door and woke you up, but (mumbles)….” He really had no excuse, it was 4:30 in the morning, and he wasn’t busy. Just pure laziness!

The location was fantastic close to the airport and the shopping mall. You can walk along the beach, use the hotel outdoor pool and they provide free shuttle to and from the airport.

The only negative would be the restaurant and the bar. I had to wait for someone to serve me as they were somewhere at the back. We have planned to eat dinner there but after getting my drink the staff disappeared again. There were no menus available for me to see and no staff to ask. We decided to eat out. All staff were super nice when available so maybe they were understaffed on that day. It would not deter me from visiting again.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the service was excellent and the breakfast was superb!

The airport shuttle service is much appreciated although if you could provide clear indications on where to find it, that would be useful since the airport staff didn't know about it. Thanks.

The location is perfect, close enough for the airport and right next door to the large mall, restaurants and the beach etc. Parking is very convenient and free. Seems very popular for large groups. The room is spacious for the price and equipped well.

The building feels a bit old / carpets etc need cleaning or freshening as there is a distinct smell. Some of the staff on check-in were a bit abrupt or almost rude but I guess this is subjective, based on expectations and language / cultural barriers.

Good location, decent room size. The breakfast ok, but could be improved (e.g. everyone dips into the same jam – why aren’t there portioned jams, butter, etc.? Also, no cold cuts). But we’ve seen worse. Coffee is good.

Room: the toilet paper is so cheap and thin that it’s practically unusable – better to bring your own... No lotion or hair balm, shampoo and shower gel are in refillable pump bottles.

Great staff, breakfast, onsite restaurant, swimming pool and overall cleanliness. There is a huge shopping mall literally across the street from the hotel, about a 2-3 minute walk. It has a full sized grocery store, pharmacy, and everything you would expect from a huge mall. Many restaurants are within a short 10 minute walking distance too!
