The accommodation is in the city center, near the beach and train station. Also with tram and bus station nearby. The room is big and clean. The lady is really friendly and willing to give us recommendations of the restaurants and places. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very good location. Near trainstation and the Nice beach. The host was very nice and helpful. The room var clean and nice, very calm and quiet at night. The bathroom was satisfactory with a working shower, clean towels and shower gel. The bedroom is small, but we only used it to sleep.

A little difficult to find the adresse when we arrived, but we called the host and got an explanation.

Air condition is better to have for such a hot summer. And it is better to use a service for taking the deposit instead of requesting cash.

Lovely hospitality and cute room. Location is just a 5 min walk to the nearest tramstation and 5min from the beach. Our host was very eager to give us great tips for visiting Nice.

We thought we'd have a private bathroom, but it was shared with the host. Which was however no big deal for us at all.

Very comfortable, tidy and clean. Little balcony is nice for fresh air. Less than 5 minute walk from the front and less than 10 from restaurants and shops. Mistress Regine was very lovely and offered us drinks when it was extremely hot! Bed was very comfy!

Only downside was no air conditioning but we knew this before going so it was expected to be warm. Balcony and fan provided certainly helped a lot!

Very comfortable and stylish stay. The place was clean and welcoming. In the walking distance from city center and public transport. The host is very nice and friendly.

The lady was very nice. The room was comfortable though a bit small. The location is good and it’s 4 minutes away from the metro station.

Check in HAD to be not before 5 pm (which is TOO late). It’s a room in an apartment (not the entire place. Too many rules. We were told not to change the temperature of the AC and it was HOT - it’s summer and we are not supposed to suffer from the heat during our vacation at night - we do understand that it’s for “ecological reasons” but when you are on a vacation you need at least to have a minimum of comfort and a good fresh sleep.

The lady who is managing the stay was nice to us.

As mentioned in the booking.com it was no way on the beachfront and some of the photos of the stay are misleading apart from the room and bathroom.

The room is a bit small and feels a bit suffocated as the balcony also opens up to closed area. So ventilation is a bit less.

the host woman was sneaky and inadequate, sitting right down the corridor watching us all day. It was very cold in the room because of the AC but no remote control to be found. After calling the host to ask where the remote is, she rudely confronted us on the subject of opening the balcony, switched off the AC herself and left with remote again. No parking present.
