We were there with our two teens in one room, and us with our dog in the next door room. The location is fantastic, close to the centre and the river. It was a decent sized room with bed and table to eat at, and small kitchenette with fridge and hob and kettle. Could easily stay for a few days. Parking was easy to find, just behind the building, and was very cheap too! We would definitely stay again.

It took a while to figure out how to get the keys as no one was on reception, but we got there in the end, and had to help someone else too! Only one of our rooms had washing up liquid and cloths supplied, which was fine as we could share. No other criticisms.

It's such a lovely location ,near orleans Centre, it's a walking distance. I recommend it.

Lack of iron. The iron was not provided. But overall, Great.

Nice place for a short stay. Clean room with basic facilities. Staff member ensured we could open the front door before they locked it for the evening.

Not great for a motorbike stop as parking situation is a bit vague in the area. In the end it was ok.

I have stayed here before and its very well equiped for a short stay. Mini kitchen has everything you need and the shower room is spacious. No view but windows do open for fresh air. Parking is behind the hotel near the church and is free from 6pm to 9am. There were plenty of spaces. Good position for visiting the Saturday brocante market which is just up the street. Receptionist spoke good English

Rubbish is left at the end of your stay in the basement and its very dark and feels unsafe down there! Cannot park to unload outside the property.

Great value for money. You have a whole appartment for yourself with two double beds. The bathroom is spacious and the kitchen is fully equiped to cook a good meal. There is a grocery store closeby and the appartments are a walkingdictance away from the city center.

It was very hot in Orleans when we got there and the appartment didn´t have airco. We got a fan but that didn´t help against the heat.

Check-in process outside of the reception opening hour was weird but okay. The check-in instruction was not sent so I had to contact booking.com

The location was near the shopping center. The room were clean and nice. The bed and the pillows were comfy The staff were friendly.

Location great . Could not really be better . Room was spacious and comfortable and catered for all needs for a short to medium length stay . Could easily live there self catering for a week . But with all the amazing restaurants in town you would not need or want to .

We arrived after hours and were very tired , although emails were sent with instructions of how to get through the security door, upto the second floor and into the key safe I could not have done it with out the help of a young resident . It should be made fool proof as not everyone checks the small print .

Parking was close. Good price.

Location is about 10 - 15 minutes walk to town centre. The building felt a bit old and the room was basic but it was clean and perfect for an overnight stop.
