The location is near the RER B and it is around 10 minutes walk to the metro, which make it fairly well connected but you will spend some time in the metro to get to downtown, and you will get a good value for your money, the staff are super helpful and all the people at the reception are so nice, which I liked, hairdryer was available upon request from the reception, and hot drinks are available for buying from the reception as well, they also had microwave available, and a machine at the reception to order food to your room, I also ordered things from amazon and the reception was nice to keep them for me.

The cleaning staff didn't respect the do not disturb sign, first day they wake us up to do the cleaning, the second day they also did that, third day also knocked on the door with the do not disturbed sign hanged which was crazy, but they were nice in talking and cleaning, but didn't appreciate that,

We stayed in a family room for 4 of us and the big bed was surprisingly comfortable for me. The private bathroom was OK with a nice shower and heated mirror with good lighting to do my make up. It was clean and a cleaner came every day to make beds and give clean towels. Small but space used well. Not 1 English channel on TV but that's expected so if you have children perhaps get some downloads on Netflix before you come. Staff very friendly and helpful. Basic IBIS so don't expect much but its a good base to stay for a good price. Centre of Paris is a long walk following the canal but the walk is nice - follow signs for La Villette to walk the right way to Paris centre. Also Eau Canal restaurant across the road is very nice and has an English menu if you ask for it they are very welcoming. I notice some people left reviews saying its a bad area - but I would say there's definitely worse areas in England and we felt safe staying there with our children many people smiling at my 2 year old. My tip of the day is from Gare du Nord go down stairs to Metro 5 and get off at Hoche (dont get off at Porte de Pantin its further away) from Hoche You're 5 minutes away from the hotel.

Didn't dislike anything except for staying in a room with 2 children was a bit chaotic as you get no peace :) and maybe a kettle would have been helpful but not the end of the world as you can make a drink downstairs.

The friendly staff...the lady who made our check-in was fabulous. After finishing the paperwork she took the time to explain to us the best way to get to central Paris and gave us an App that I'm gonna keep forever on my cellphone because it shows all the transportation and schedules, distance, prices of tickets, etc. She also was so sweet with my girl!!! The hotel is an awesome place to stay if you are on a budget and has an excellent connection to Paris. The RER is 150mt from the hotel and the metro 600mt. The neighborhood is quiet with a lot of little bistros and coffee shops, bakeries to die for, and even a McDonald's for a late meal ( closes at midnight). Definitely staying again on my next trip in July. Thanks to the stuff.

We like everything!!

As a 2 star property I had reservations about staying here, however it was very pleasant. Room was basic, but modern design, clean and comfortable. Everything in the room worked and was in order, in fact very good hot shower which some 4 star hotels struggle with. I'd definitely stay here again if I needed this area of Paris. No restaurant in the hotel but there are some in the area and some supermarkets. Bakery with food close by. Hotel does have vending machines in reception for hot drinks and snacks, plus randomly, a microwave.

Kettle in the room would of been nice but you can purchase hot drinks from a vending machine in reception.

Location near our desired concert venue at Zenith. Price-to-quality is very good for Paris. Clean, nice staff, comfortable spaces, lobby lounge, etc.

Breakfast is absolutely overpriced. No plates? I have never seen this before! Coffee was just boiling water into carton cups where spoonful of instant soluble coffee and sugar was already there. Thus, coffee machine was not for coffee-making but just boiling water. Choice of food was very limited (no eggs, no fruits, no juice!). What is the 7.5€ for? We bought fresh and varied croissants and great coffee in boulangeries nearby for 15€-20€ for all of us (5 people).

The location near our target concert venue (Zenith) was very handy. And despite the relatively rough area, two good boulangeries and a couple of decent restaurants nearby. Very good price for quality overall. And staff was very kind.

Breakfast at 7.5€ per person is certainly overpricing the carton cups for instant soluble coffee with the coffee and sugar already in the cup when boiling water was used from the coffee machine (it would not make coffee...!). NO PLATES???? First time I see this in a hotel. Choice of food was very limited (no eggs, fruit juice, or fresh fruit). What is the 7.5€ for? Really...

July 2022

Our room was ok size for two adults and a child (she slept on a bunk bed above our bed). Bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast was pretty basic, but certainly worth its cheap price. Although the location was quite far from main attractions of Paris, I would still recommend this hotel, because both the train station (Pantin) and underground (Hoche) were within a short walking distance. Also at the same area there were some nice restaurants along the small channel and of course a good bakery. So the travelling time to city center was no problem at all. And if you are planning to go to Eurodisney, the location is even better.

The hotel wi-fi was never working during our 4 nights stay. Apparently some technical problem arose just before our arrival. For the same reason the hotel couldn't charge our credit card, because the internet connection was broken. The personnel demanded the payment in advance instead of paying when leaving, so it was a bit of a hassle to find a working ATM somewhere to have enough cash to pay the room. But all in all, a nice stay nevertheless.

On arrival, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. A very warm welcome. Something the larger hotels could learn from. When we got back from our night out the Zenith, the night staff guy went out of his way to help when the vending machine didn't work for me. He even searched the place for a bottle opener. Saved the night! The rooms were comfortable and warm. Shower was good and in general the hotel was clean and tidy. They also have secure parking at the back for a few vans at the cost of €12, which is great for Paris.

A fridge and hairdryer in the room would have been nice.

Hotel is close to train station, close to shops, noisy come from road traffic, but I want to mention that all staff was good but a special thanks to reception Lady she was very helpful since first day and last day, she helped us how to find easy metro and connections between station and places to visit, Mercy, thanks a lot.

The room behind curtain on left corner has moulds. One of the towel was dirty with dark marks. All the rest was ok.

The location is great, it is 30 mins by public transport to the city center and also well connect to Disneyland. The public transport stops are near the hotel. The beds were comfy.

The lift was not working, the area where it is locate seems a bit shady I wouldn’t recommend to walk late at night.
