The hotel is clean and easy to find. Close to two metro stations and with a nice relaxing area, bar, and restaurant. Most staff were lovely, and the bar man even let me try the wine before I chose. There is a water cooler in the bar that you can fill bottles from.

The hotel advertised tea and coffee making facilities, and yes, there was a kettle and coffee machine, but they didn't keep the supplies stocked up. When I asked for more, I was spoken to very rudely by a staff member at reception and told i was asking for too much milk. Don't advertise tea and coffee making facilities if you don't want to supply them for the whole stay.

Its very close to the metro and the room’s have A/C. The staff were very attentive and the beds are comfy.

Room size, cleanliness, and facilities are great. Selection of cheese, cold cuts, bread, juices, cereals, and warm food for breakfast is generous and delicious. As for the location, it's a short walk to the Crimee Metro Station along Line 7. While the hotel is at the 19th arrondissement, said Metro Line also runs through stations of places of interest - Louvre Museum, Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette, and Gare de l'Est. You can easily reach the city center in less than 30 minutes + it's relatively closer, if not the closest arrondissement, to the Charles de Gaulle airport. Lastly, the hotel staff was really helpful and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly stay for another night because our flight was postponed by at least 10 hours.

There were a number of unhoused people on the street between the hotel and the metro station, which could be unsettling for some guests.

Room was spacious and exceptionally clean, we felt comfortable. Enjoyed the offering of tea and coffee in the room, it was refreshing after a long drive. The temperature inside the room was warm throughout, which we found agreeable. Wifi had excellent speed throughout our stay. Everything at the breakfast buffet was perfect, although the scrambled eggs and sausages had a somewhat odd flavour. Not bad, but odd. It was convenient to have access to breakfast at the hotel. Parking offered at the hotel is competitively priced (€20 per night). I'm disabled so the added accessibility offered by parking under the hotel was the main reason I booked here. Please note you can't reserve a parking space ahead of time, it depends on availability when you arrive. I messaged the hotel about it and they said they could make no promises of availability, but would try their best for us, which I thought was really accomodating. We arrived early and indeed there was a spot for us. The staff was super friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Public transit was easily reachable from the hotel. Neighbourhood was a typical Parisian neighbourhood, we enjoyed the vibes. There's supermarkets and lots of eateries nearby. I think our room wasn't on the street-facing side of the hotel, but nevertheless, we could hear a lot of emergency service sirens day and night. This didn't bother us, but if you're a light sleeper, maybe some ear plugs would be a good idea. The mattress is on the hard side, but we had a comfortable sleep nonetheless. All the sheets were very clean and the room smelled good. The beds are a nice size. The rooms are well-furnished, with chairs, desk, hangers, kettle, luggage holder, tv. Overall, you definitely get a three star experience here. Economical and totally pleasant. I would recommend staying here.

The hotel is really clean and the breakfasts are pretty good and not as expensive as everywhere else in Paris. Rooms are reasonably priced and metro station is in walking distance of the hotel.

The biggest disadvantage is that the rooms are not roomy at all! You basically get a bed and not much space more than that. I got the superior room and even that was not really much more than a bed. The cleaning lady forgets things quite often so you have to go down and report and ask for a redo. I did it once but didnt feel like going down every night. The hotel is about half an hour from the city center so you will be taking the transit to and from the touristy places of the city, but if you are on a budget its not really that bad.

This hotel was really money well spent choice! The whole area was nice, a lot of stores, bars, and restaurants in the same street and it's located only 3 minutes away from the metro station. It's a 10 minute ride to the Opera station in the centre. We had a wonderful walk the first night, discovering this neighborhood, it's safe during the night as well. The room & bathroom were perfectly clean, all the furniture was new, with a very comfortable bed to take a rest after a long day sightseeing. They clean the rooms every day, providing the fresh towels and other spendable accessories like coffee and tea. I would definitely choose this hotel next time when I get back to Paris! I recommend it sincerely 👌😁🍀

Stuff on the front desk could be more friendly and kind with guests. The bathroom is clean, but too small even for an average girl.

Food options for lunch and breakfast was appreciated. The buffet menu has options in case you want lesser items. The restaurant staff is polite and helpful. They even have a corner with live music and a bar. We had a nice chat with inhouse musician Johny Shadow. The rooms are minimalist in terms of decor. The walk time to nearest metro and RER (2 different stations, depends on where your end destination is) were acceptable. It is suitable to visit all touristic points and we had both Versailles, Disneyland in our list. You can get safety locker on daily rent and iron/iron-board if you need. Staff is always around 24x7 and they are patient and cheerful. The checkin was smooth and all spoke English fluently. outside the hotel is a Carrefour city and timings (open till 10pm) are convenient. The walk area till hotel from metro is peaceful and we did not find any persons who made us uncomfortable. on day-1 , was able to find the hotel with a bit of walk time from the nearest bus stop, which i reached, after "train+bus" from CDG airport. I would come again as overall good stay.

View from hotel room windows are some residential homes, if that matters. A certain part of the hotel has 2 small steps which lead downward to your room, in case you carry heavy bags, but not a real big issue, as you would check-in, check-out only once. Do compare prices of hotel and book early, as Paris can be expensive in peak season.

The room was just the same as shown in the pictures, a cozy stay in Paris is what you'll get if you book here. I can say that it was perfect option for my 4 day trip to Paris. The location is a bit far from the center so I've been using the metro and the bus which are very close. I've read that it is a bit uncomfortable for girls, but I've been extra careful (as everyone should be, everywhere) and nothing happened to me and neither felt that something is wrong with in the neighborhood.

I can agree with the others that a small refrigerator will be a plus.

Small but clean and comfortable room, nice bright colours decor. Coffee machine and free coffee pods were very appreciated. Fast and no nonsense check in. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Nice buffet breakfast. As location for me was perfect because I was meeting my boyfriend who was playing at the Grand Halle Villette. Otherwise it's a bit far from the central area. Even so, we managed to walk from the hotel to Montmartre and the to Arc de Triumph and Eiffel Tower. Very close to metro station and easy to reach from Orly Airport. Few nice restaurants, cafes and bars along the canal.
