The facility that I like the most and the main reason we chose this hotel is the secure parking space and it's free (included in the rate). When we were there there was issue with the underground parking place, so we need to park in front of the hotel lobby, but still in the area of the hotel, so it was not an issue for us. Therefore we couldnt rate the space of the underground parking, although from what we read from other visitors, it's quite spacious, which is rare in hotel in Paris. The other thing that we like was that we got a newly renovated room, and it was clean and spacious. Air co also works well, bed was comfy, there wasa fridge and hairdryer in the room. The location is a walking distance from metro line 1, which is the main metro to access Paris.

what I wrote here is really not a dealbreaker, but something for the hotel to improve. The room that we were in, 622, has a little bit of issue with the drainage of shower and washbasin. It was not completely blocked, but it took sometime for the water to go down the drainage. Also, when we used the ceiling shower head, water could go out from the shower area (design issue?). Another comment is that in this newly renovated room, it seems like the renovation was done in a rush, because we could see some wallpaper was not neatly done and other small things that could've been better.

I was only there overnight as I was leaving the next morning very early to catch a plane with my wife, who was in the American Hospital in Paris. I liked that when I showed up early the day I checked in, that the room was available so I was able to put my luggage in the room and take her luggage to the hospital so it would be with her when they transported her to the airport in the morning.

I liked everything about the hotel. I didn't get a chance to try the breakfast because I left before they started serving, but I like the idea that there was one available and also a bar.

It was very quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. The window was able to be fully opened (at least on lower floors). Metro station is about a 10 min walk away. The staff was nice.

The air/heat seemed to be only set on heat. So it was sweltering hot in our room, even though we turned the temperature down. We had to open the window. The neighborhood is quite a ways from any tourist attractions. So it's about a 20-30 min or more metro ride away from most things.

The staff are so nice here never had service like it at any other hotel it was lovely! food at the hotel is also great as well if your to tired to go out after a day of Paris!

The parking because trying to get out of the parking lot will literally take 10 minutes because some staff didn’t know how to open the shutter, but it was cool they was kind about it

This hotel had a wonderfully helpful staff. It was very close to restaurants, atm's, and lots of interesting shops. It was a quick walk for my husband to the Arch d' Triumph and other interesting places. I use a walker and it was easy to get around and it seemed to be a very safe neighborhood.

I think it might have been a bit pricey, but then it was centrally located in Paris.

This is a great hotel in a great location. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was great. The hotel has convenient and spacious parking - something that does not characterize Paris. The biggest asset of this hotel is the staff - who were kind and welcoming. I will definitely be back on my next visit to Paris

Everything was excellent

The location was great in relation to where we needed to be. The room was clean.

We arrived on Sunday. They put us on the second floor by the lift where they left dirty glasses and an empty pizza box all day and overnight. We were supposed to be on an upper floor.

Location was perfect for visiting the centre of Paris, 5 min walk to the metro, was great to have the under ground secure car park which many hotels don’t have, staff were so helpful and would highly recommend

If I was to be really picky the price of breakfast was a little high at 22euro especially when you have a 16 year old who only has a small breakfast but not something we worried about

Awesome breakfast for 22 euros. They also have a mini breakfast for 9 euros. Wonderful staff. Free on site car parking

- No restaurant or room service. this piece of info is not clearly mentioned in the site or booking. so it can confuse the bookers. -Not an actual problem, but design of hotel shower doors could be better. Water flows to dry areas. Should blame the designer of the hotel for it.

It was modern & clean

The toilet (WC) room was separated from bathroom . We had to go to toilet and get out and go to another bathroom to wash hands. Inconvenient room layout for family.
