The room, by American standards, was comparatively small, but it was very clean and had the latest hardware and furnishings. And the window actually opened up to the street which allowed me to let in air when the room was too hot or too cold due to the climate control. I did not speak much French, and the staff were very accommodating by speaking English, and the food provided was exceptional. I especially liked the fresh squeezed orange juice and the chocolate croissants. I'm just sorry my family did not come to meet me.

There was a lot of construction going on one of the main train lines, which made it difficult to get to the parks, and to get to the northern part of Paris. Any dislike I have is more for my family not meeting me as was promised, and has nothing to do with the hotel. The parks are very clean, and the Champes Elysee and Arc de Triomphe were very interesting to see and very near the hotel. The room's refrigerator was slightly smaller than other hotels' refrigerators, but it wasn't a problem. I'm just sorry I don't speak more French.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is small, which was a nice change from the hotel chains I usually stay at. The room was lovely and the bed was super comfortable. Lovely bathroom with a nice shower, great water pressure, and also a bathtub! Everything was very clean. I got a couple of towels and two bathrobes. It was more than enough for me. The room also had a safe, which is always nice to have. Great air conditioning in the room, which was important because it hit 33 Celcius outside! The location was also perfect for the conference I was attending and in close proximity to the Metro. Nice neighborhood with some lovely restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was very underwhelming. Very few options, no fresh fruit other than a suit salad, no vegetables. And it was exactly the same everyday. So, it was too simple and boring after the first day. I would have liked a bigger bread selection (they didn't even have a baguette!), more cheeses, more eggs (they only had scrambled eggs)... So yeah, breakfast was "fine", but if I was going again, I would rather go have breakfast somewhere else.

Location, location, location, or you are 10 to 15 minutes away from all the hotspots in the city, Eiffel tower 15 minutes taxi ride, shopping the best shopping 10 minutes Moulin Rouge 15 minutes taxi ride most of the stuff you want to see is short drive with the taxi, friendly stuff,

Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and always able and willing to accommodate. 5 mins walk to the Metro, 12 mins from L'Arc de Triomphe and just around the corner from the convention centre, so it was well situated.

WiFi only seemed to work in the Country, when trying to remote login to my home network it would not work over hotel WiFi, but when I switched WiFi off and used the cellular network, all worked perfectly well, so somewhere the WiFi was being blocked. Locally it seemed to work fine. My wife had the same issues also

The rooms were of good size and clean.

I didn't like the way I had to pay a deposit of 150 pounds and was assured to be refunded the next day on my arrival to the UK and up to date there has been no refund this does not reflect well on the business.

Intimate and relatively comfortable boutique hotel, quite small rooms but equipped with everything needed. Perfect location near the conference center, courteous staff that available for any need, fair price in terms of value for money

The rooms in terms of size can fit a single person but for a couple it may not be really comfortable. Breakfast is very basic ... and as usual, as it always bothers Israelis with breakfast in Europe - no vegetables !

this is a hidden gem four-star within easy walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe. The hotel was extremely comfortable and very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing and very helpful. I will definitely stay here again when in Paris.

The staff were exceptionally brilliant, the room was extremely clean. I have nothing negative to say. I’ll be back soon.

I had a very pleasant stay in room 602 with only one partition to another room and window with balcony to the noisy Avenue des Ternes. Nonetheless, quiet neighbors and double-glazed window allowed me to enjoy my stay. The bed is very comfortable and the fact there is a bathtub in the bathroom allows to relax a bit more after a day out in this filthy city of Paris. Overall, it was a very good surprise and the staff was very pleasant in all of my interactions with the people at the check-in, check-out counter. A hotel I would recommend, especially if you go for a higher floor room.

Location, cleanliness, price, breakfast

There was no fan inside the toilet and while some of the staff were super friendly, some weren't. The room was also extremely tiny but not a big deal because I was by myself and barely stayed at the Hotel other than for sleeping at night.
