Stayed for 4 nights in a twin room, with en suite (small, but perfectly usable). While the room was smallish, there was storage for clothes and our cases could be kept out the way too. Tea and coffee were provided in the room, but there is no fridge. There's air conditioning in the room. We didn't notice noise from outside, but we were on the top floor to the side of the building. We picked the hotel based on its location to Gare Montparnasse and the RER to Charles de Gaulle, which are both an easy 10 minutes walk. The hotel is also close to to two metro lines to take you to different parts of the city. The staff were really nice, and there is also a small outside terrace on the ground floor where you can take drinks from the bar. The terrace closes at 10pm. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel, going instead a couple of minutes along the road to a cafe called Felicie where there's the option of breakfast from €8.50 and which is served up to at least 11.30am, after other places have stopped. There are so many bars and restaurants within an easy 15 minute walk, and while the area may not have many big tourist attractions (apart from the catacombs and Tour Montparnasse), it was bustling and lively in the evening, and there's a small market nearby on a Friday morning.

Sound during night and morning. I could hear everything neighbours were Doing in the other room. I heard them get in, all conversations, sex activity, shower. Completely noisy room. But other than this everything was good. Value for money. Maybe I was unlucky with the neighbours or maybe the room can’t block noises. Even though I recommend the stay. It’s cheap, clean, organised and near many transports and city center.

Excellent value for money & very spacious and well equipped room compared to Paris standards. Old and yet very well preserved hotel.

Walls aren't soundproof, you can hear every single thing happening in the rooms next-door.

Staff was helpful and kind as soon as we arrived. Check-in was fast! The hotel room is cozy and bathroom was clean. The windows open in both bathroom and bedroom, so it was nice airing out the space. The a/c worked well in mid-July weather. I loved how close it was to the Catacombs and some cool restaurants! It wasn’t hard getting Ubers from this street and walking to nearby conveniences, markets, bakeries and more. I’d highly recommend for the location and staff.

The mattresses were being replaced the day we left which I would have loved to try. The bed was a bit hard, but nothing too uncomfortable. Carpet is a bit old and stained. The elevator broke a couple times while we were there, but was fixed promptly the next day.

Clean and near to metro stations. Easy and fast to go from hotel to Tour Eiffel and others.

1. The person that have to clean the room didn't read DO NOT DISTURB and come into my room( couple times) without knocking :/ I had to yale it "busy" couple times. 2. I don't know if was the person that clean the room or not but somebody enter in my room with another card(the key for the room). I don't know how :/ I just saw holding a baggage or something like that and after seeing me in the room he's apologised.

It’s location in Montparnasse is great, just under 10 minutes to the train station and other metro stations. the front desk staff are exceptional, friendly and helpful. The evening manager is also spectacular. My room was always cleaned meticulously and the beds are comfortable.

I recommend that the carpets be removed as they look old and take away from the small but nice rooms. A few other things could be freshened up like the lobby, breakfast room, elevators, but compared to other hotels in Paris in this and higher categories, it is the best option I have found!

Perfect for a budget stay. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely. The location was perfect if you don't want to be in central Paris. Very easy connections to central Paris on the metro and there are lots of cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. We didn't have breakfast.. There's a kettle and tea and coffee in the room.

generally, the rooms were comfortable. cold foods for breakfast but reasonable selection. room was clean. some of the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

my room had a tiny shower. the room was quite small. although temporary, miscellaneous construction activity during the day; therefore, the small courtyard was closed. There was a problem making payments with Applepay.

The location is central to Paris. Easy access to the Metro, major rail stations, Disneyland, CDG and Orly (or fixed price of €58 taxi from CDG). The staff are very friendly, the rooms and bathrooms are clean and modern, the AC worked great in summer. The breakfast is excellent, with fresh breads, baguettes, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, yoghurts, fruits, meats and cheeses, condiments, scrambled eggs, sausages, juices and a coffee machine. There are food options nearby, a local playground about 100 metres away for the kids and Luxembourg Gardens is a 20 minute walk for more child friendly options. The Montparnasse tower (Tour Montparnasse) is a 5-10 minute walk and gives an an awesome view over Paris. The is a supermarket across the street. The pizza joint about 100m away tastes sensational and is €5-7 per pizza. €3 pints at a cafe a few doors down. The friendly staff are the highlight of the stay. Thank you.

There isn’t much to dislike. There isn’t a fridge in the room, there is an iron at reception but no ironing board was offered. I successfully ironed on the bed. There are European power outlets but no USB outlets (bring an adapter of course).

The position was good near underground and bus stop and if you like walking it is possible arrive to the center of the city on foot. The bedroom was essential like the bathroom but good and clean. Every day we had cleaning service and new towels and tea and coffee on the room.

Maybe the bed wasn't a real double bad it was like a French bed and the bathroom and the bedroom also wasn't so large but ok.
