The hotel is a classical small hotel, no AirBnB no big chain, which is exactly what we wanted. The room and bathroom were not big, but it was clean and all we needed and expected. The hotel has a nice small 1st floor terrace in the courtyard, where we read and chatted in the evening. The location is excellent - the immediate and wider surroundings are wonderful to explore, with small shops, cafés, restaurants, etc. in the small side roads - all the way to Gare Montparnasse, which is not too far away and where we continued the journey next morning by TGV. I would recommend it also for longer stays in Paris.

Perfect if you need a room for sleeping and showering. On our first day, it was extremely warm but the wide windows and ceiling fan saved us from being baked in the room. Great location with loads of restaurants and pastry shops around. Close to metro stations. Nicely busy and not very crowded area. Cheap enough compared to other hotels given that it's the middle of the Olympics.

Wish there was a kettle for morning cofee/tea.

The hotel was very central, located in a lovely area with nice shops, bakeries and restaurants. Plenty of public transport options at a short distance. The staff at the reception were extremely helpful and kind. We got excellent and very honest room rates for a week stay considering it was beginning of August and the week of the Olympics.

Great location with different underground stops around that allow you to reach the differnt part of the city, super friendly staff always happy to help you, good level of clean. All around the hotel a lot of shops and restaurants for your breakfast and meal.

In general nothing bad to say about the accommodation; the size of room and bathroom was standard; maybe not suitable for long stay.

There was no cat.

The room was small but had everything we needed, highly recomended for backpackers and easy travellers, since it is very close to metro nr 4 that takes you almost everywhere. It's also located in a street filled with restaurant, boulangeries and everything you might need.

The roome needs some renewals, and could be a little noisy, but nothing really unfixable.

After the mixup of our room, when it was corrected and we were given what we booked we loved the location of the hotel. The street where the hotel is located is fantastic with many cafes, fresh fruit and veggie markets, and little shops. It's around the corner from a famous cemetery that reminded me of an art museum with beautiful sculptures and trees.

The room we booked was not available on the first nite of our stay. We booked a room with 2 single beds since I was traveling with my adult son. So we made do and the second nite we were given a great room with 2 single bed. This was a much better room with a great bathroom and a view over the hotel's lovely outdoor patio and garden.

It's warm, clean, with good neighbourhood. The administrators are very nice, they speak English. The bed is very comfortable. And it's very quiet. There lives a lovely black cat in the garden who always tries to sneak into your room through the window, I liked it, but maybe it's not ok for everyone.

THE ANTS! Never, I mean it, NEVER leave any food nor a bag with food on the floor. There will be an army of ants in a minute. I hope the hotel administration would do something with it.

Location was amazing and pricing was very good

The rooms were a little hot at night and there was no way to moderate that. They also mixed up our room numbers which put into question the security of the room but overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend the hotel
