Reasonably sized room with functional furniture, nothing exceptional, but definitely not unpleasant. Small, but perfectly usable bathroom. Good wifi signal for medium fast internet access. The staff is friendly and efficient. And of course, the hotel is in a nice part of Paris with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance; no problem even finding a supermarket open after midnight.
The shower is small and inevitably bumping into the shower curtain risks leaving the bathroom rather wet. Some combined body and hair shower gel would be nice, there is liquid soap both on the sink and in the shower.

The location is great, within 10 minutes walking distance of two large subway/train stations. The staff is friendly and try their best to understand you if you don't speak French.
The room is not very clean, and the towels are a bit rough.

The staff was adorable and very protective of the guests. Lobby decorations are fantastic and such conversation pieces. Bed comfortable. Room spacious.
No frills hotel, so keep that in mind, but the friendly family driven staff is priceless.
