The location of the hotel was great, Carrefour is just next door to it and plenty of choices for restaurants nearby. The hotel was closed to metro stations too. The room was small but clean. The bed sheets for the double bed were replaced everyday but not the top bed (we stayed in a triple room). The towels were only provided for two even though the occupancy was for three people, so we had to ask the receptionist for the extra towel.

A very good price for Paris ( booked well in advance of trip). A metro at end of street, a supermarket next door, two fairly decent bar restaurants opposite metro, along with a bakery. Round corner from metro was also a Macdonald's and a subway. Link into all main attractions was easy. We felt safe walking around here, even when dark. Car park under hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean. A great stay, would definatly stay here again.

This is an Ibis Budget so room for three a bit on small side and no separate bathroom, just a shower within the room. But we did know this before we went and there to see Paris so didn t spend much time in room. I m not complaining about this, that is how Ibis Budget's are, just pointing it out to anyone who may not know this this is a great value hotel and I d stay again.

entire staff was very friendly, gave us an upgrade to a larger room. unfortunately, there were ants in the room. staff apologetic and quickly reassigned room to normal room which we enjoyed (double bed and a bunk bed for our daughter). room was clean and quiet even though it was by the elevator. location was a few metro stops from gare du nord, has a grocery store right next door, a couple of pharmacies and restaurants close by. breakfast was a bread/cheese/fruit set up, simple but filling. lots of families were there, a few student groups. didn’t feel at all crowded. we were there for two nights visiting disneyland one day; several other families were there doing the same.

Worthing breakfast and nice coffee, better than I expected! Stuff was polite while working and really helpful when I asked info about the city.

Cleaning service and provided towels could be more neat. 1 towel per person, but sometimes one was forgotten while changed every day. Stayed for 3 nights, when I asked twice for more at the reception I was willingly given one. When first arrived I saw that the sink was almost clogged but I left the room for a walk. When I came back at night it was working good...

Enjoyed our stay. Slightly further from central Paris, but good straightforward transport links and a few metro stations nearby the hotel. Hotel itself was fine, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the smaller side, but not excessively so and had everything we needed, plus was cleaned everyday. Comfy beds, fresh towels. In the very same building on the ground floor there's a large-ish supermarket for supplies. Zenith Paris arena is nearby, we went to a concert there. The neighbourhood itself is nice enough and felt safe. Overall, wouldn't hesitate to recommend, it's a budget option, the price was great for Paris and our stay was pleasant.

We got a bigger room, which was such a nice surprise—especially when traveling with a one-year-old child. The baby bed was also free of charge. It’s a very family-friendly hotel. The hotel is open 24 hours, which is very convenient. The location is great, not too far from Gare du Nord station. There’s a lovely park nearby, as well as many bakeries and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back! I’ve already recommended this hotel to a few friends. I didn’t expect that traveling with such a small child could be so great in Paris!

It can be a bit noisy because of the cars outside, but after a day, you don’t notice it as much.

Everything! From a comfortable bed to location. Fanprix is just below the hotel, 5-10 minutes walking distance to metro stations, restaurants nearby. Room size was perfect for 1 person max 2.

Noise from the street (ask for a room at the back of the hotel). Also the toilet flushing was not working properly and there was dust on the toilet paper holder and corners. The window did not open for some fresh air. I stayed in room 316. The pillows are small and puffy but not uncomfortable. No hair drier in the room. You need to leave your ID with the reception in exchange and they give you a maximum of 1 hour to return it back.

Clean, small, compact minimalist room. Good insulated windows -Could not hear the noise of the street. Generously breakfast with delicious croissants and pains au chocolat. Plus cereals, yogurt, boiled eggs, cheese and cold cuts and good selection of breads. Large elevators and safe parking. Lots of shops to buy water and everything you need and many restaurants, good restaurants. Near the door of Paris and walking distance from the Buttes Chaumont Park. Metro stations near by. The closest is Laumière

Nothing extra in room. No water, no glass, no coffee pot, no hair dryer … but shops are just downstairs.

This is a large hotel and it was often full during the time we were there. Counter staff all spoke English and the housekeeping supervisor did as well. There were 3 lifts for guests. It was comfortable and quiet. There is a Carrefour supermarket under part of the hotel and an Aldi close by. There is a microwave near reception for use by guests. A metro station is not very far away. The shower in our room was very good.

The towels were very thin and were made from a form of cotton fabric rather than towelling.. However, they were changed daily. The wash basin is in the room but that didn't bother us.
