The staff were very friendly and so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was great. They even had little printed pieces of paper with which metro to take to most major places. Made it very easy to navigate the metro. Riquet metro station is right next door. When we came home at night, we literally came up our escalator, and the hotel was there. Also a supermarket on the other side of the hotel is so all very convenient. I would taxi if it was very late at night just as the hotel is out of main center. Also on day of travel if you have suitcases I would taxi. Hotel Tilde suited our budget and meant we could stay for a longer time in beautiful Paris. Other guests were friendly, and all seemed to enjoy the hotel. A great place for traveller's.

It was a little noisy at night time on the roadside of the Hotel. Windows could be shut as aircon available also. This kept noise out.

The staff was really friendly and there were two Metros nearby. The room had a coffee maker (Nespresso) and there were some baked goods in the reception area.

The location is close to the Metro but there were a lot of addicts in the area - the area seems to be known for this by locals, not by tourists. When leaving the hotel you’re supposed to hand the room key back in at the reception and the doors are locked at night. There’s no option to enter the premise with the room key and sometimes the staff didn’t hear the bell at night so we stood outside for a bit and it felt a bit scary with the strange people in the area. The shower was ice cold for a while and just as I thought it was broken the water finally heated up. There was no option to hang towels in my room, my sister’s room did have a hook for towels. The bathroom was also very small but ok for one person at a time. Overall the room was quite moist.

Good location, near the metro.

No refrigerator in the room. Not acceptable for a 3 star hotel.

- room as expected on the pictures - nice bathroom, good water pressure - good bedding - 24 hours reception - they have a gym - they have a breakfast for additional charges - elevator - nearby metro stations - next door is a supermarket (Carrefour City) and a bakery -coffee machine in the room - they can provide a toothbrush and toothpaste if needed - wifi - easy check in and check out - shower gel and shampoo, handwash but no conditioner - towels (2 per person)

- I tried to contact twice the reception with Whatsapp has it was shown in the hotel room and no one answered. Had to go downstairs to communicate with them. - As a woman, I didn't feel safe walking in the middle of the night (2 am) in the area (but that is most of Paris).

The location was awesome because it was easily accessible via metro. Next to it was Carrefour Express. So, it was easy for us to buy water, juice or whatever we can buy for food. The surrounding area was majority Muslim. So, as a Muslim traveller, it was quite easy to find halal food. The staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs

After 8pm (during winter), the location was kinda creepy. So, we made sure we finished our day by 6-7pm at the most

Great location just a minute from the metro, a bakery and supermarket located across the street. Room is clean and spacious, even had a small balcony which was unexpected but nice! Bathroom was very small but clean and had good water pressure and hot water. Free tee and instant coffee. People at reception were very nice and helped me with all my questions. Luggage storage free of charge after check out / before check in. All in all a great experience.

Super comfortable bed!! I enjoyed the fitness center too. Cleaning staff very friendly and kind.

I wish there was something to put my clothes in, like a dresser or chest of drawers. Also, one day when I came back after sightseeing, a workman was painting the ceiling in my shower. This left a bad smell in the room. I don’t know why they didn’t wait to paint it until after I had checked out.

Good location, close to the subway. Supermarket just next door. Several really nice restaurants several minutes away. The room is not big, but cozy. The bed is extremely comfortable (though pillows could be a bit bigger). Staff is pleasant, reception's open 24/7

If the room had a small fridge, it would be priceless. But that didn't impact our positive experience at all.

It was really close to the Metro station (either Riquet or Stalingrad, both less than a 5 min walk) - around 20 mins to the Louvre and 30 mins to the Eiffel Tower. 50 mins from Charles de Gaulle airport and an hour from Disneyland using the RER transport network. Ticket machines on site, use T+ for single tickets (one-way) at €2.10 or all day for €8.95, select Mobilis. Valid on all transport networks. (Train, metro, bus). The price was the lowest of the hotels we’d seen but didn’t compromise on quality - the room was really clean but might be considered a little small by some. There was a canal close by with nice views and was situated on a busy street with a bakery next door (you must visit!) and a boulangerie (sandwich shop). If you’re after takeout, there’s a Dominos close by with good deals (£8.99 for large pizzas on Tuesday and Thursdays). The hotel served a nice breakfast (continental - croissants, pain au chocolats etc) but there are options for the bakery and supermarket next door. The Franprix across the street is quite pricey.

There was nowhere to hang our clothes but not too much of an issue for us as we travelled light. The gym, we felt, was not really useable as felt more of a storage area for gym equipment than a fully functioning gym. Just something to bear in mind.

Perfect for a 2 night stay, or just when you’re out and about the whole day. Comfy bed , clean room , nice staff ! The neighborhood is a bit :/ at night, but it’s Literally 10 steps away from the riquet metro exit if you go out to the right street (av. De flandre) which makes it totally fine !

It seems like there is no light in the shower box so a bit dark at night, even though there is a light for the bathroom.
