The front desk staff was very personable toward me, and helpful to my friend who came to greet me in the lobby (my arrival was delayed twice by American Airlines flight delays causing me to miss connecting flights in Dallas).

When I returned to the room after dinner on the evening I checked-in, the lights, alarm, and phone did not work -- only the TV had power. I had to go down to the front desk and plead for the attendant to check out the situation, but his use of the master key was unsuccessful; he could not offer any further assistance. I was left in the dark, and could not prepare for the next morning's early pickup for the flight to Marrakech. Of course, the alarm had no power, and I overslept. I am torn over how to complete this evaluation. I don't want to sully the hotel's otherwise excellent ratings, but I do want the appropriate management to be aware of my disappointing stay. I appreciate your consideration of my unfortunate experience.

The location was good and easy to use the metro from there, the room was clean and the cleaning people were there every day.

Not being able to be on the same floor with my sister and the uncooperative way of the receptionist at the moment. Not enough privacy in the shower, and the rooms looked so much bigger on the internet booking than what we got. We were only three people; the receptionist did not acknowledge that and charged us for four, saying breakfast was not included.

The hotel is in center of major attraction’s of Paris .It 5 minute’s walk to Louvre museum . Pyramids and Louvre metro stations are 5 minutes walk . Great base for city trip . Restaurants and cafes are within walking distance . The hotels furniture are new and modern . Drawing hotel is an modern art hotel. The staffs are exceptional very helpful , friendly and can guide about things to do . Marlena , Fatima and Oppo are wonderfull staff . Marlena and Fatima gave me the room earlier then check in time which was very helpful after very long flight . Julian in the bar / customer service is also outstanding . Any one can easily do city trip in Paris basing in the hotel .

The location is perfect! 3 minutes walk from the Louvre and The Tuileries Garden. A popular ramen restaurant is located exactly the opposite side of the hotel.

The room faced a giant wall.

The rooms were well designed. The beds were lovely and comfy and we slept well. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was immaculately clean. Room came with coffee machine and water. Room had fantastic modern shower. We were given macaroons with a welcome note in our room on arrival as a surprise treat. The hotel was in a great location. 5 mins from Louvre.

The breakfast was the only thing that disappointed. It was a buffet style breakfast but the range was limited. There was hot food available but non of the food was cooked fresh to order. We had breakfast in local cafes after the first day. We did not feel the breakfast was good value at 19Euro per person.

Our stay at Drawing hotel was superb. The location really could not be better! Right in the heart of lively Paris, but in a quiet street, which is NB. We stayed in the courtyard rooms, which face away from the street. The hotel is modern and stylish, but also cosy. The beds were super comfortable, breakfast was incredible, soundproofing was good and the staff were so lovely and welcoming (speak English very well). The hotel has a decent lift. Right next to Palais Royal Garden. Metro, supermarket and boulangerie are all a 1-2 minute walk away. A quick 5 mins to the Louvre, The Seine and Tuileries garden. Also walking distance to some good local Bistro restaurants.. the staff gave us some recommendations and we were very pleased. Also asked to book us a taxi upon departure and they did it with pleasure. Good value for money at this 4 star hotel, especially when in Paris. Thank you! This was my first trip to this beautiful city and will definitely be back.

The only minor thing is that is no kettle or bar fridge in the room, but I’m not sure, this might be standard for Paris hotel rooms. It didn’t really affect our stay. There is a nespresso machine in the room, which is a plus. And complimentary coffee/tea/hot chocolate downstairs in the breakfast/bar area. We had a wonderful stay!

Excellent location! The room was big and comfortable, the bathroom was very modern and clean. Nice view from the street, but also quiet in the night. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely come back!

The only problem isn't the hotel's fault, but in the summer this region gets really, really crowded with tourists because it's close to the Louvre. Therefore, all restaurantes are full and it's hard to get a table during lunch or dinner time, and also the subway stations get a little crazy.

Very nice little hotel in the center of Paris, the location is excellent - makes it a great base to walk around Paris. Hotel stuff recommended us some great restaurants around plus there are plenty more. Rooms are clean, fresh and well decorated, each floor has different design and there is a little art gallery downstairs. Breakfast is decent - very good food but a bit limited choice of hot dishes.

There was one thing we didn't like, common for all 3 of us - the smell of the perfume they use in the lobby is kinda strange. But you don't have it in the rooms so it's fine.

location was great. our room was big (20m) compared to average in Paris. Saturday breakfast was great. the bed was comfortable and we liked the design of the hotel.

no mini fridge in the room. There was only one set of shampoo and shower gel which they didn’t top up on the second day. the breakfast on Sunday wasn’t great; some of the vegetables and fruits were obviously more than a day old. I was the first person in the breakfast area on Sunday and I was surprised to see it wasn’t hoovered.

Friendly staff, welcoming ambience, little boutique hotel with artistic characterism in the middle of the tourist spot.

Little bit not organised in terms of explaining for guests the do's and don'ts , and the check-in time is to late for early morning flights guests as I requested an early check-in but they didn't respond. Another negative point there is no refrigerator in the rooms which is inconvenient, the room also has a signature bottle of water and no one told us that the water bottle is not only free to drink from but also refillable and that they had an area downstairs where we could fill it !
