The Location is excellent, a lot of cafes, and places to visit. The room is furnished with washer, dishwasher, kitchenette and big toilet and bath. we had no breakfast though.

bigger space as for 2 beds, a bit tight, and next time i wouldn't take the 1st floor - quite noisy, specially during the night.

Location was one of the best. My room was nice and spacious. The cleanliness was top notch and the neoclassical interior design was so pretty and relaxing. The reception staff, specially the young lady were so kind and helpful.

I liked it more if it was a bit brighter. Also there was no fan or a window in the toilet. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment and expensive for the price. Also sound isolation could have been better.

Location was spot on less than 5 minutes from the Louvre. The room was lovely with Old Parisian charm. We were in 304, a corner room with 2 baloney door style windows. Turn down service is a nice touch. High end bathroom toiletries. The bed and the comforter was very comfortable. Complementary champagne and cookies. Great staff and it was well maintained and clean.

I though the bathroom was on the small size. Not enough counter space for my things. The kitchen is a plus but I think maybe not needed with all the local cafés and restaurants around. It could be noisy at night since it's a busy location.

-Small Junior suite, but that’s typical for downtown Paris! -Staff friendly and helpful, but not service wasn’t outstanding -Booked later, so value for money was not great.

The location was excellent! Walking distance to everything!! Bed was comfortable; the kitchenette had everything a family with a baby could need!

I wish the bed was bigger! The sun window shutter/blinds above our bed was broken. Felt a cold draft during the night!

The walk to the Louvre was less than 5 minutes. The room decor/finishes were exquisite. The kitchen, fantastic: cooked some fantastic meals. Didn't want to leave the room. Shelving was great storage, enabled keeping the room neat.

The tub/shower combo was great, but hard for me to get in/out of with it being so high. A bar to hold onto would have been nice to hold on to and make getting in/out easier.

The facilities in the room such as the microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer (which didn't work at first but technician came in and fixed it within 20min). We also liked the functionality of the suite. We were 2 adults and 2 children. We had separate rooms with a door separating the main room from the living/dinning area (where kids slept on a large sofa bed). Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Feels very homy. And of course the LOCATION is top…very central!

Overall the room/hotel were very clean. However the everyday cleaning was so-so. Many items were left (example: dirty towels on the bathroom floor/empty water bottles), and not many items were refilled in the bathroom despite that we barely used (we had our own, but whatever we used was not refilled. Noting that all the items were amazingly l’Occitane brand. Not pleasant smell in the bathroom since we walked in in the room.

I enjoyed our stay at the La Clef. Beautiful comfy and quite rooms. Kitchen facilities in Junior suite and Premier if you want to cook something. Staff are very helpful and kind. I absolutely recommend this place...a 3 minute walk to the Louvre Museum, taxis all around and very safe to walk late in the night as we did a few times.

Cannot think of anything but may be the AC wasn't working properly on our suite but not too much of a bother.

Very well located, near the Louvre and the Royal Palace, near restaurants as well as high end shopping (rue de Rivoli). Friendly staff. We stayed in the Royal Suite, offering a great view.

The hotel does not have a restaurant nor a fully functional bar to have a drink at the end of the evening. There's a lounge but not a "real bar". Also, the terrace could have been better finished, with more green and a better floor, it's a wonderful location/view but the current state of the terrace does not really invite to sit outside much. Also, even though I searched all over, there doesn't seem to be a phone in the room that allows to call the reception.

The location is excellent, with the Louvre and Jardin des Tuileries just a five-minute walk away and plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. I was glad that the receptionist let us store our luggage and put it in our room in advance. I really liked Vibeke, her warm and friendly answers and her smile made a particularly good impression on me. The room is large, the toiletries are well stocked and a very enjoyable hotel.
