location is amazing, so close to stations either end of the street, champs-elysees is a two minute walk away. the room was cleaned everyday.

the foyer was dark and the stairs/ lift need modernising. the bathroom in the room was very small, meaning that you need to squeeze beside the sink to get to the loo. the steps in the bathroom can get slippery also. I didn’t like handing my key back into the reception each time I left the hotel, however this was one of the policies

the bed was very comfortable but was two singles pushes together and promoted as one bed. the room was very spacious and had plenty of storage room. the hotel provided luggage storage for during the day which was very handy and the staff were very friendly. the location of the hotel was amazing and very close to the shops and good restaurants.

the tv in the room wouldn’t turn on and the one in the bathroom did not work either and had a large crack through it. the room was advertised as a double but in reality was just two single beds pushed together.

Location was perfect. Easy to get to & close to everything. The staff at reception were so helpful & friendly. I'd go back again. Worth the money.

Very nice staff at the reception. Very communicative, kind and always with a smile on their face. The hotel is located in a very good location - there are several possibilities for public transport around. The room was absolutely sufficient for two, it was clean and cleaned every day. You don't have to take your room key with you, the reception will always give it to you and look for it. Once your stay is over, they will leave your belongings under the supervision of the reception. So if you have a night trip like we did, you can enjoy the day without luggage, and the same goes for arrival at the hotel.

Perfect location a few minutes walk to the Champs Elysee and Metro. Lovely spacious room and bathroom, especially for Paris. The beautiful old lift. Helpful staff. Also lucky to be able check in at 11 when we arrived and not 3pm. Plus a fridge I the room.

The A/C was temperamental and no blind on bathroom window.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, perfect location as it is situated at the heart of avenue Champs Elysées. Staff were helpful and very friendly which always helps. The rooms are tidy and we’re cleaned everyday. No complaints. 100% recommend!!

I didn't feel comfortable about the hotel room doors - it was hard to close (I had to slam it hard each time) though I also understand it was a old building.

It’s location - Amazing!!

The rooms looked just like the photos, but with signs of many years of use… stains on the carpet for example. The shower is for one person and it’s not comfortable to have a bath

Don’t eat breakfast, but coffee/tea facilities was welcome. However milk and breakfast tea would have been a better choice. Excellent location and good value for money. Plus 24 hour porterage very helpful.

Wardrobe facility very limited and the safe deposit system very complicated.

The location was perfect, and there was a cute boulangerie right around the corner (Julien), that the hotel staff recommended for us. As there was no breakfast at the hotel, We went to have it in Julien. :) The hotel staff was very friendly even though our french skills were not the best.

The bathroom needed a bit of fixing (everything worked, but some tiles were broken/stained), and the bath tub drain was quite full of hair.
