The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was undergoing a renovation at the time of our stay, but apart from the lift looking a bit funny on the inside you really couldn't tell. We were placed in one of the newly renovated rooms, 204. It was lovely, we had 2 Juliet balcony windows overlooking a typical Parisian street which was beautiful. The room was immaculate and even had an electric loo seat which was heated! We were staying for a mini break to explore the city. The location of the hotel meant we were able to walk everywhere and get the metro. The hotel was very accessible and easy to find, just around the corner from the metro station.

The breakfast was quite a basic buffet but was nice enough.

Perfect location,at the heart of Champs Elysees, you will find bars, cafes, restaurants, and more right next to you from all directions. The receptionist is the BEST! They are so lovely and polite and extremely helpful. Has a balcony If you want some fresh air(locked somehow, so it is safe) Cleanroom and room service clean and organize the room without asking. The room has all bathroom essentials, slippers: coffee, tea, and two complimentary water bottles. Recommended 😁👍🏻

The room is small, but it is more than OK for a single person. (the bed is queen size, enough for two).

clean rooms. staff are very supportive and helpful all the time. location is great and almost a 2 minute walking distance to champs-elysee and other metro stations. quite rooms. surely, you would enjoy your sleep and relax.

breakfast could be further improved e.g. hot waffles to be provided alongside omelette.. advance check in time to be allowed provided that check put is on 12 pm! despite several communications, my advanced check in request was not properly attended! So i had to leave my luggage and go out for few hours until 3 p.m.

Small and beautiful hotel, 10 min away from Champs Elysees. Restaurants, the subway, pharmacy and super market are very close to the hotel. Which makes your stay easier. The reception staff (many thanks to Jules who answered to all our questions) and housekeeping were very polite and helpful. Thank you for making our vacations even more special.

I would kindly recommend that the bathroom in the room that were staying needs some renovation.

Beautiful hotel, the location was perfect for us. Rooms are so clean and decorated so nicely. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and got us a room with a balcony that was just beautiful! You receive a dressing gown, slippers, a mini fridge with top up on your drinks everyday, a big tv with Netflix too! I will be recommending this hotel to family and friends and I can’t wait to stay here again next time I visit Paris!

The room is beautiful and has everything you need. It’s beautiful decor, comfy beds and pillows are perfect for a comfortable stay. The shower pressure is great and most importantly all the staff are so nice and helpful. It’s so good, it’s the second time we’ve stayed here.

Can't say enough good things about the hotel. Every detail was perfectly thoughtful. Lovely rooms, excessive amenities, good breakfast, macarons in the lobby and international newspapers. (NY times). Well located with lots of cafes in the neighborhood. Very quiet.

It was perfect. We are changing our itinerary to stay again.

the hotel is very nice. for the price and location. it’s new and clean. 2 mins to champs elesyses.

there is one elevator. but honestly that’s not an issue.

Location is excellent. Staffs are very nice,friendly and helpful. Hotel management is very generous. In Lobby everyday you can taste fresh cakes , cookies and juice water which are complimentary from the hotel. at the room every day they put drinking water, espresso, cookies and tea . I visited more than 8 times in Paris and stayed some luxury hotels but I’ve never seen generous hotel like Hotel Monna Lisa. I strongly recommend j this hotel all my friends. Location is unbelievable. 40m far away from Champs de Elysees,100m far away from Franklin D. Roosevelt metro station. many coffee shops around hotel.
