The staff was amazing. The checkin process was so easy and the clerk was very helpful. We had a little problem with the air conditioning controls and one call to the front desk and it was immediately fixed. The room was smaller than we expected but normal for Paris. The king sized bed was a plus. The location was great - I would stay here again🇫🇷♥️

Would have liked to have a water bottle in the room or at the front desk for purchase.

The best location for tourists who want to visit all the attractions on foot, just like us. The metro and train stations are also nearby. The staff were kind and friendly. We had a slight issue during check-in, but a kind employee immediately helped us, resolved the problem, and explained everything we needed to know. We were satisfied with the breakfast. After a whole day of walking around Paris, we could enjoy a large bed and fun room controls, where you can adjust the lights, blackout curtains, and connect the TV to your tablet via Chromecast. We will definitely return during our next visit to Paris.

The temperature couldn’t be raised above 24 °C using the tablet, which made us feel quite cold one night.

Fantastic central location in Paris for a perfect visit. So much to see and do and a perfect nights sleep in the King sized bed. The team were very helpful at all times and always had a welcoming smile with excellent customer interaction.

Room was a little small but exceptionally comfortable with my wife and I being out exploring all Paris had to offer.

First you must know I am a bit of a hotel snob! THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING! Great location! The breakfast was wonderful with a wide selection of food and coffee, the employees were exceptional, all of them were very friendly, nice and so very helpful! The room was snug but we had plenty of room for our 6 day stay and we had a lot of luggage. There is under the bed storage that will hold 2 carry on luggage’s plus more! They will check your bags if you want them out of your room. The rooms are very clean, no carpet on the floor, which we like. Housekeeping was great! I would recommend this hotel to everyone and hope I get to return! On a scale of 1-10 stars, they get 100 stars.

Spotlessly clean. Plenty of storage space in a little room. Good size shower. Blackout blinds. Excellent soundproofing, didn’t hear the neighbours at all. Central location. Rooftop bar with view of Eiffel Tower

Always-on air conditioning kept me awake (required by law I was told, if the windows don’t open) — no way to escape breeze from a/c, even on lowest setting. Being greeted by a kiosk for check-in is a bit miserable after a long journey but staff were on hand to help. You have to actively request housekeeping clean your room. The TV went blank when flicking between channels and it didn’t recover.

The friendly and helpful staff are the best! The breakfast buffet and coffee was excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was very quiet. The hotel does have an elevator, which is nice. The location is near high end shopping and a number of very good restaurants.

Our room was quite small but functional. A larger room would be nice. It was modern, neat, and very clean though. We would definitely stay again.

CitizenM is a no frills hotel done very nicely, it is the best value hotel in the Champs Elysee area, very nice quirky fun vibe, great rooftop bar, excellent yum breakfast, nice common area, mix of business travelers and tourists, there's a bit of a learning curve for self check in and the bathroom sink being out in the room and everything controlled by the ipad etc but it grew on us. They can store bags. Appreciate what they stand for. We were supposed to stay for 2 nights but ended up staying 4 or 5 nights. The staff are awesome. All lovely, friendly, warm and helpful.

Everything. As soon as you enter reception, you are welcomed with a smile. Staff are exceptional. Daniella, one of the staff, was amazing. Thank you, Daniella, for being so helpful and friendly. I was given a upgrade, which was so nice, with a great view. Bed was soooooo comfortable, with lots of pillows. Location was prefect walking distance to most attractions. Nice birthday card from staff 🫶❤️🥳
