Super location in the center of Paris. Clean and comfortable bed. Very friendly staff. Small room but well planned.

Under the shower - the soap dispenser was empty! Quite annoying if you are naked and wet under the shower and want to wash.... The comments of the reception the day after was "you could have called us, we would have brought the soap" -Sure, this is what you need at midnight - waiting wet in the room till someone brings you the soap;-) It's definitely the job of the cleaning staff to check/controll if there's enough soap in the bathroom.

Great location, we walked around whole Paris from there.

Our room was super small. But perhaps that is normal for Paris… We could hear some noises (trains) from the station.

Amazing customer service and comfy rooms! The location was nice and the hotel had great common areas, where we were welcome to spend time while waiting for our late night flight. We were also able to leave out luggages in the storage right after checkout. Oh and there was a room available already before noon, so we got to check in early, too! Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options. Amazing stay, would recommend! :)

Location was perfect for us with 2 children - 10 min to Moulin Rouge, 30 min to Louvre. Room was clean and the girl at the reception was really nice.

It was a little bit difficult to communicate at check out. We left luggage at hotel and went for a walk as had a night flight. Then my son couldn’t remember if he took his toy from the room. So, we tried to return it if they found after check out. But the manager didn’t speak English(( and we didn’t speak French, it was complicated to understand each other. We booked 2 nights - we arrived in a hotel late evening, couldn’t connect to WiFi (we didn’t have an access to it). Next day we tried again and it worked. But then again second morning on the departure day WiFi was disconnected at 9am. So, with 2 night stay we had WiFi just 1 day (not on arrival/departure days).

Perfect location and fare breakfast for the price, thought everyday eggs were finished 30min before breakfast is over.

There is no temperature control for cold season. Either very hot or no heating at all. Also rooms doesn't look as good as on the pictures, but knowing Paris center it is farr for price.

The breakfast, staff and atmosphere were helpful and great. The second room was comfortable, peaceful, very good and quiet. Bathroom/shower good, although it could have used a shelf for toiletries etc. When we complained about the first room, they responded and did what was needed. Liked the listening and the service / help. On the last day the hotel guarded our bags until it was time to go catch the train. Nice touch.

The first night was in a room on the top floor, a double but very small, lots of narrow doors that conflicted (opened onto each other, or had to be closed before another was opened), and the shower room was tiny. Worse, the shower screen / door was not sealed, and after showering with the closed shower door, the 'bathroom' floor was very wet / flooded. A positive; when we complained our room was changed, and subsequently everything was fine. A kettle in the room would help, to make coffee / tea ... tea is important for the English. This facility is (in my experience of French hotels) becoming standard.

My wife and I stayed in a standard double room and my parents stayed in a standard twin room. To us, the double bed is more comfortable than the twin bed (the mattress is too soft). We don’t have to pay in advance and can pay at the property.
