The staffs were so friendly and made me feel so welcome to the city. The location was perfect with Metro and bus being right there. Also the neighborhood was safe with many people walking around during the night. The room was just right for me as it had everything I needed. I didn't need a spacious room since I was out throughout the day was back at the hotel for sleep. The room was very clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again. Also, 24/7 access to coffee at the lobby was a definite plus for coffee lovers, like myself.

Just home from a 3 night stay at this hotel in Paris with my friend and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Each member of staff we met/spoke with couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. The hotel is in a great location and although it is a 15/20 minute journey from the main sights by metro, the station was just up the hill which was perfect for getting about. The rooms are small but have everything you need for a few nights. We were out from early morning until late at night so the room being smaller wasn’t an issue as we didn’t do more than get changed & sleep in it! The room was very clean and beds were made up every day. We didn’t have breakfast as we wanted to eat out. If I was returning to Paris I would definitely stay again. Thanks to all for a great stay!

Everything is perfect! - The receptionist is available 24hr and they're extremely helpful. From checking in until our last day of checking out (which was 3 AM since we have a morning flight), the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Really made our trip memorable! - They also provide free drinks (coffee, chocolate drinks) from a machine on the lobby - I love that there's a little balcony in the room - The location is perfect. Bus & metro is within 2 mins walk. Surrounding areas are perfect, not extremely crowded, and there's a lot of shops and restaurants in the area.

- The room is quite small but it is to be expected when you're staying in hotels with heritage building

This is my second stay at Hotel Pimline as I was so impressed the first time last year. It is conveniently located 10 minutes on foot awat from gare Saint Lazarre in a a quiet street with all the amenities. The rooms are peaceful, after going up in a quirkily small elevator! Everything is clean, modern and compact. Breakfast is a must: you get well looked after and can have a peaceful coffee and croissant (and muck more) with a view on the street. Staff is always at hand but not intrusive: I will be back!

I was happy with all aspects of my stay.

The hotel is conveniently located. We flew in from Rome in the morning and arrived well before the check-in time. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful—Dylan at reception allowed us to store our luggage and provided useful information. Our room was on the 6th floor with access either by spiral staircase or a fun small elevator. The room was quiet, a decent size, and had a well-equipped bathroom, though the fan wasn't working. Overall, it's a great hotel, and I'd definitely recommend staying at the Pilime.

Lovely people, kind , helpful, we just loved them! 2:The free coffee and tea is a very nice touch as in the City is expensive and yes we had it outside but as we are coffee addicts, the hotel one for free was very good. 3: the location is a really good one. I will go back there for the guys at the reception, location and coffee.

The room is definitely not a 3 stars one such as the smallest elevator ever:)) No fridge in the room for 3 stars is very wird and kind of not acceptable but again all forgivable since the staff is amazing and the location as well. I would though provide a fridge indeed.

The location was perfect, neat to the city center. Friendly helpful staff, especially the man with glasses who was working in the morning (he brought us an iron and a board) 😊 The coffee machine and 1 breakfast were free but we didn't use it;) There is a TV in the room which is also very good.

Cleanliness in the room. Firstly, the room was prepared for one person, despite the fact that there were 2 of us. We immediately told the lady who cleaned the rooms, and she gave us more shampoo and shower gel. Secondly, cleaning was carried out only 1 time during our entire stay, towels were never changed, as well as bed linen. Soap, shampoo and shower gel were also not added until we asked, then they brought us, but again just for 1 person. This is the only thing we didn't like.

The hotel is in a very good location, metro station is just few minutes walk away. The staff was very helpful and nice. We had to leave 1 day earlier than we booked our stay because of changed flight details, so hotel was very understanding. Room was clean, we had all things we needed there for a short stay.

Room and elevator was very small, but it wasn't a big problem for a short stay. However the bathroom was not heated so that was a little bit uncomfortable. And wi-fi was not working due to some technical issues.

Very good location, few minutes of walk from the famous Moulin Rouge. Nice minor things like free coffee or tea. Friendly staff, possibility to leave bulky baggage till evening after the check-out was very helpful. Additional breakfast is not expensive but could be better (a bit more quantity), all in a all - a very good experience

View through the only window could be better - for example, a Parisian streat instead of concrete wall in the distance of several meters, but that's a very minor flaw.

Hotel in Paris truly captured the essence of a perfect stay. Nestled in an impeccable location, it was our gateway to the city's wonders. Though the rooms were compact, they boasted unmatched comfort and smartly utilized space. A special shout-out to the accommodating personnel who went above and beyond to modify our reservation seamlessly, consolidating two rooms into one. The complimentary coffee in the lobby was just the right touch to kickstart our Parisian mornings. A delightful experience all around!
