Everthing i needed!! Staff was exceptional, a big thanks for Mr. Eans, he was very very nice to us, my child loved, the lady and Jim, Eans drow us a mapa with the direction for every place we wanted to go taking a metro or RER. The area is quite and safe, 2 min to gare saint lazare and 8 min Auber station where you can take the RER A thats goes to disneyland!! I would difenily recomend and i would stay again!! Thank you all the staff! Keep doing ur job and beeing always kind to your guests!! 👌🏾 On my check out Mr Eans talked to the taxi driver as i was afraid it was early morning with a child, but he was so kind on making us feel safe, he gaves a contact he was always contacting until we reached the airport! I have no words to thank the staff!! Five star!!

Is a small hotel! So u can hear some noise from the other rooms! But not a big deal!! I enjoyed the stay!! Will come back again!!

Initially, although the room was small and a little sparse, I found it suited me perfectly as a sole traveller for this trip. And would definitely stay here and ask for this room again

Great location. A typical old French hotel with a tiny lift and winding staircase. Was exactly what I wanted. Just enough space in my room and bathroom. Which made it cozy. The staff were all very helpful. One negative - Ate out for breakfast as thought the price seemed expensive

The room was comfortable and a good size for Paris hotels. The location of the hotel is amazing, close to the Opera Garnier, Galleries Lafayette and Moulin Rouge. There are many bars, restaurants, cafes, and subway stations around. We also had breakfast at the hotel and it was really good. Staff is also really great.

The elevator and hallways are really small, so if you have any mobility issues it can be complicated to stay there. The street is really noisy too, so because there is no AC in the rooms it could be trouble to sleep with the window open.

Incredibly small rooms, two people with luggage would be very cramped living in this room. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever seen in my life. If you sit on the toilet your knees will be against the door. The shower cabin is so small that even a slim person is not comfortable inside. There are no daily bottles of water in the room and very cheap shower accessories. Also very poor noise insulation of the doors. No air conditioning.

Clean, comfortable room. Small, but exactly what you need when you are on a city trip. Nice bathroom and comfortable bed. Airconditioning was a big plus in the summer heat.

There is a window in the bathroom with no blinds, and other appartments looking straight into it. Had to cover it with a towel so other people couldn't watch me use the toilet or shower.

The location is great, 5 min from the Opera Garnier and shopping area. Many cafes around. Our room was facing back of the building so it was quiet. Room was clean.

Small room, enough for few days and better for one person than for a couple, but still this is city centre and other places not much bigger. Sound isolation is poor.

This hotel is in a nice location and close to train/metro stations. The staff were accommodating and put us in a specific room that had been requested so we could be close to our friend group, also staying in the hotel. Desk fans are provided in the rooms, which are absolutely necessary

Please note that the rooms in this hotel get very very warm in the hotter months - this is obviously outside the control of the hotel and desk fans are provided (no AC) so they have made an effort to make rooms more comfortable but I would think alot of people would struggle with how hot the rooms get

Perfect Stay! Location excellent 3min to Station. Small local bakery (turn right and right again) with the dark blue signage had crispy flaky croissants! Clean room and hot shower, very comfortable bed and linen. Beautiful renovated room, however bathroom was yet to be renovated at 221. My friend loved her fully renovated room at 335 however her room was not as quiet as mine. Internal sound proofing not good but outside sound proofing sufficient. No issue for my trusty earplugs and only had above noisy neighbours on the last night anyway. Simple and delicious breakfast. Scrambled eggs, delicious bacon (always ran out) and sausages with Nespresso coffee and juices etc Pleasant breakky room couldn't have asked for more. Perhaps swapping out the fruit salad that didn't seem to popular for some much needed green salad would be a small suggestion. Staff lovely especially the young Filipino on the night shift and Lady during the day shift. Kind and helpful! All the best for your business and continual update of this great little hotel. Used Uber to get to the Airport 49 euro on Monday at 11am (was more exp at 58 euro when i checked in the morning)

Read a few recent google reviews about staff stealing from locked Safe and Room. Hope this issue has been resolved as it is so damaging to any hotel's reputation. Took all my valuables with me everyday. Wasn't going to let this put me off my stay here!

The staff was kind and made sure that we knew that we could access the hotel whenever we wanted, and made the check-in and check-out process very easy. We stayed there during the winter, but the room was warm, and the entire hotel was very clean.

The building wasn't isolated very well, so you could hear the people in the neighboring rooms but luckily they didn't make much noise. The bathroom was loud in general, but otherwise everything was impeccable.
