The staff here are exceptional, and always helpful from the front desk to the concierge to the in hotel dining. This will be our go to hotel in Paris from here on in. 

I loved the willingness of everyone to be helpful. They we all very welcoming remembering our names and accommodating our requests. My wife stated she very special. They even helped with language many times teaching us common phrases. We felt like we were at home away from home.

The TV was challenging. There was a chromecast that we could not get to work. On the flip side who comes to Paris to watch television. It was very minor nothing that negatively affected the trip at all

One member of staff - Armondo - actually prevented a thief from stealing my rental car from outside the hotel. He directly intervened to prevent the theft, took a photo of the culprit before he ran away and even called the police. Superb.

First time at this hotel, 25 years ago in my honeymoon. Fast foward 25 years, same date, celebrating our wedding anniversary. The hotel is a charm. Staff take care of you in every possible way. Even they had set up petals and balloons and wine at our room as we got there! Breakfast is awsome. And oh! dinner at their huge ground floor terrace is absoulte french finest.

the staff and the services were incredible, super nice and very helpful especially Ahmad, Abdul, Gael and Kumar.. honestly I would come back for the exceptional staff.

The picture of the room while booking looked like we will be having a balcony, but it wasn’t. also the rooms carpet was a bit smelly.

The larger rooms are somewhat expensive but not uncommon in Paris.

Location. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean.

High cost of breakfast.

They were doing some work on the hallway of our floor and we had water leaking in the ceiling one night (which was fixed very quickly after I called the front desk so it wasn’t a big deal)

Restaurant facilities for lunch and dinner could be expanded to include more salads and snacks (sandwiches, croque monsieur etc.), and included in room service menus

The location was perfect. It gave me a the authentic France, not touristic and I appreciated that.

There’s really nothing to dislike, in my experience.
