I found the room very comfortable, clean and quiet. The neighbourhood is lovely - the area around ave Daumesnil is more residential, so it's much calmer than the big tourist spots, but still has very quick access to everything you'd ever want in Paris (and very safe as well, I had to walk home alone quite late a few evenings and never felt threatened). The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would certainly stay there again the next time I'm in Paris.

I had no issues personally, but I will mention that the shower stall was a very tight fit and I am a small person. So if you're a taller person (over 6 foot) or have a larger build, you might not be able to fit in the shower.

Breakfast was good. The place was very accessible with everything, from the shops, restaurant and to train station. All waalaking distance and easy to get to see the entire Paris and the tourist attractions using metro train.

Available room for family..instead of using 2 rooms, it would be nice to have 1 size roo for family room.

It was a very pleasant stay! We spent 3 nights at the hotel. Very comfortable bed, amazing shower, new and good sized elevator to the floor. We stayed on the 5th floor. Also the towels were so good, fluffly and smelled great! Wonderful breakfast with the tastiest madeleines as well as cute and delicious miniature baguettes. Great coffee! The staff is kind and helpful. Location is in a residential, calm area, very close to metro lines 6 and 8, besides offering bus options. Minibar and electric kettle in the room.

The hotel is close to the Metro. There were 3 of us in one room. The room was very small and our luggage took up a lot of space. The bed was really hard. The breakfast was very nice with a good variety of hot and cold food, drinks and a good selection of breads/rolls. But the front desk is in the same room and we felt like we were being watched by the front desk person and the staff that replenished the food as we ate. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was too small for 3 people. The elevator/lift was only big enough for one person with luggage. Very uncomfortable eating breakfast when the staff are watching you eat.

It was the first time that I experienced the 12th arrondissement in Paris, and this hotel had just the perfect location; I even walked to the Opera Bastille. The director of the hotel and his staff were very attentive to all your needs and very good at giving directions to go to different places. The breakfast was perfect; the plumbing worked very well in the bathroom. I warmly recommend this place. The public transportation was perfect also. No complaints whatsoever.

The staff is super friendly from the reception to the cleaning staff and willing to help wherever they can. My room was a bit small but cozy and also super clean. It was equipped with everything you need even air conditioning, tea and coffee and a small safe. The hotel is next to a metro station so everything was very easy to reach. The breakfast was super delicious and fresh!

Excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly nad helpful. Location is very calm, Metro is only a few steps away, only 15 minutes from the most beautiful sights. The rooms are quite small but it´s ok for a few days. The beds are very comfortable, the bed linen and towels are great with a very nice smell. The cleanliness was pefect eveyrwhere. Breakfast is simple but very good. Overall, our stay was very pleasant!

the staff are really nice, the room is super clean and well organized every day. the location is perfect just 50 meters away from the bus stop and metro station.

one thing i am not very happy with: everyday the room service (changing towels, ...) miss something in our room: - 1 day 1 pair of slippers disappeared... - 1 day the carpet (towel) for the bathroom disappeared; - 1 day we got only 1 bath towel.. it seemed the room service take away the things but always forgot to put replacement... we didnot report to the reception since we returned the hotel very late and so tired of doing that.

A comfortable hotel just in front of a metro station, a bakery, and several 24/7 restaurants. This metro crosses the RER B, so it is possible to easily arrive here from CDG.

The room was a bit crowded for the three of us, and there weren't enough electrical outlets next to the bed. Breakfast is expensive (14E), especially since there are many options nearby.

The only thing that I wish they could improve on is the TV channels selection. For non French speaking guests like us, it would have be great to find some English channels/cable channels. It would have been really nice too if Netflix or other streaming platforms were available.
