The hotel is well maintained. Small comfortable rooms those who want privacy and using their own showers . The staffs were kind and helpful. Pretty clean the properly is. I loved the view from the toilet . I was on the 5th floor it was a nice and comfortable stay

Very tidy, clean and freshly renovated small hotel - ideal for solo-travelers like me. Staff is 24/7 available, helpfull, fluent English. There was also AC and personal bathroom. Located in SE of Paris, short walk from Metro station and fast access to all important places to see. Abundance of cafe, backeries and food stores close by. Thea area is considerably safe. No problems with luggage stored before registration. Fast and expedient registation.

Some rough fellow tourist made one night rather tough, but staff responded promptly when aproached. Some awkward size tap facets.

I had an amazing stay at this little hotel in Paris! Located in a fantastic and quiet neighborhood with plenty of shops, bakeries, and great restaurants, it was also conveniently close to the subway station. The area was perfect for walking and exploring; with several parks right around the corner. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (and spoke perfect English), making my stay even more enjoyable. The room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious options that set a great tone for the day. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to experience the best of Paris without tons of tourists around. This place also had air conditioning and an elevator. It was great!

I really wish the windows had screens, I was constantly catch and releasing bees in my room.

Excellent staff, both reception and cleaning! Location was good, while close to the boundaries of Paris proper, there are 3 metro stations within 4-6 minutes walk, which can take you pretty much anywhere.

The walls are a bit thin, the people next door complained about noise, when we were not too loud. The rooms are a bit small (though that's common in Paris), if you unfold the small table under the TV you can't walk by the bed and wardrobe space is enough for one person for a few days but not for 2 people over a week.

The staff was very welcoming and nice. Location in the 12th arrondissement is good, nice and safe neighborhood with good metro connections (tip: change for line 1 at Reuilly-Diderot or Bastille to reach several main attractions faster). The single room had a nice bathroom, comfortable bed and a huge tv. Breakfast was quite good for Parisian standards.

Luckily I had quiet next door neighbors since you can hear almost everything so bring your earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The street is quiet though.

- The staff was really welcoming and friendly, particularly the receptionist on duty during my late arrival (11pm-midnight) who helped me out with a UK-EU plug adaptor as I had forgotten mine - The hotel itself is very clean and modern, situated in a great location, within walking distance of two metro stations which both have great connections to the city center (Michel Bizot and Daumesnil). I stayed there as a single solo traveling woman and felt very safe - The area was very quiet during the night, and the blackout curtains in the room were amazing for keeping the room dark both during the night and the day - The room was really tidy and clean with a big TV, a super comfortable bed and a spacious shower with perfectly hot water and great shower pressure. - The room comes with a little desk and great storage space both in the room and the bathroom - Breakfast options are a bit limited but what was available was really tasty and fresh

- There was a lot of noise in the mornings (8am-9am), like other guests letting their doors slam shut, as well as what sounded like someone redecorating or moving furniture around upstairs. This might not bother tourists who leave the hotel early in the morning, but as someone who doesn't wake up very early, the noise made it difficult to sleep in, relax and enjoy some quiet mornings on my trip away.

During my trip in Paris, France, I stayed at the Le Daum Hotel and was quite pleased with the service provided by the hotel's staff. My flight was considerably too early, but they were really accommodating. The hotel provides a friendly environment, and the location is both safe and quiet; it is close to all public transit, restaurants, coffee shops, and other amenities. It's one block from the rail station, Michel Bizot. The train is an excellent way to explore the Eiffel Tower, Les Marais, Notre-Dame Cathedral at Saint Michael, and Charles de Gaulle Etoile, which are well-known in Paris for their designers, among other things. The hotel has a 24-hours hotel concierge. The hotel is spotlessly clean, with white sheets and a covered bed. The hotel serves hot tea, a range of coffees, and water. The cleaning team is polite and efficient. I adore this hotel and will book it again without hesitation. Whether you are traveling alone or with others, this is an excellent spot to stay. I'd want to thank Mariana at the front desk for being so polite and efficient.

Just the drinking water- but I noticed they serve free lemonade. Additionally, water is the less because I still could get from the supermarket.

The location is further away from the city, but we enjoyed it because we did not see that many people when we get in or out of the hotel. There is a coffee/chocolate maker at the front desk for free hot drinks 24/7. Saved us a lot of money. Breakfast cost 15 Euro per person per day, but the left over pastry is at the front desk for free, They are still very good when we have the late night snack with the hot chocolate. One more item, they have an electric water kettle inside the room and we have hot water whenever we want.

The room is definitely small, no dresser, no place to separate your clean and dirty clothes. However, if you know how to live off your suitcase, there is plenty of room. The bed is definitely a queen size bed, very comfortable. We stayed for a week and we feel fine on the room size.

The hotel is very cozy, modern and perfectly located. It’s not directly in the city center, but in a very quiet location with developed transportation system. I had a one-person room. It was small, but totally enough for me alone, with a very (!!) good bathroom, comfortable bed, nice view from the window and quiet. Totally recommend this hotel!

Breakfast isn’t super big, so I wouldn’t pay for it 15€, but I also heard it’s normal for Paris to have it like this. Also a better coffee machine would be very nice to have.
