The kindness of the lovely girl Constance when I arrived that went out of her way to give me a quiet room. And the room was super quiet, that in Paris is rare. It was also clean and the bed super comfortable

The only slight slip was the young man at the reception the first morning...I was heading out and asked him if I could have a second pillow, as I need to sleep with two. He went to search for one, which was very kind, but then, to my utter amazement, came back with a pillow in one hand and a pillow case in the other and handed me both...so I had to climb back to the third floor to take the pillow to my room and put it in the pillowcase... Well...as it is not a youth hostel, but a hotel, I would certainly have expected a more professional service

Excellent location, just a few steps from the metro station. The room is clean and has an average size for budget hotels in Paris. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom has a good shower. The room is equipped with air conditioning and heating, and you can adjust the temperature, although the mode (cooling or heating) is controlled by the staff. Additionally, the windows can be opened to let in fresh air.

There doesn’t seem to be a lift, so carrying luggage up the stairs may be necessary, though it wasn’t a problem for us. The Wi-Fi could be better.

Excellent location. Easy access to the highlights, without being right in the hurly burly. Friendly, helpful staff. Our room was small and accessed only by stairs, but it was clean and had both a comfortable bed and a good bathroom. There is a good restaurant in the hotel.

In Paris, rooms tend to be smaller, and this is no exception. If you have mobility restrictions, this may not be the hotel for you, as there is no lift.

Very cosy hotel. Clean and modern in really safe neighbourhood. We felt safe even at night. Charming cafe with nice breakfast options is attached to the hotel. Close to metro stations with quick commute to central Paris. As for Paris, this is really good hotel and rooms very quite decent size.

It would be nice to have a coffee and tea set in the room but aside from that, it was really nice.

Le Petit Cosy was so cozy! There are many nice restaurants in the area as well as to very good bakeries with a wonderful selection of bake goods. There is a Metro station across the street. Our room was wonderful! It was very clean. The bathroom was a little small but was ok. The shower was amazing...very hot water! Special thanks to Alex and his coworkers! They were very pleasant to talk to and kindly helped us with our French.

It was very clean. I only wish it had an elevator. But Alex helped with our luggage and the steps were steep but all was good.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are not too big (in line with the hotel, which is small and more boutique-like), but they are clean and quiet (at least those facing the inner courtyard, where I stayed). Comfortable firm bed. Cute café downstairs, where breakfast is offered. Breakfast buffet is not so large, but there are still quite some options with cereal, fruit, some meats and cheeses, and staff additionally offer fried/scrambled eggs and bacon. Well located in a nice neighborhood and within walking distance to the subway.

The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood, well connected by bus and metro. The room was very quiet at night despite being just above a busy roundabout. The hotel's restaurant was also really good and the staff were lovely.

The bed's pillows were a bit uncomfortable and would've loved to have maybe a kettle in the room. But other than that it was perfect!

Very friendly, very simple but stylish and nice. Off the beaten track, but a real Paris neighbourhood discovery for me. Try the Rue des Rendez-Vous (really) for wonderful local food shops. Reception was very helpful in getting me a room with a great view over Cosy’s seriously charming Place - great if you don’t mind traffic noise or climbing stairs. This is a three storey building, authentic with thin walls and no elevator. Fine with me. They also have a good brasserie buzzing with locals (not late though). And - great towels, nice attention to detail.

Plastic bathroom cups, wrapped in more plastic. There must be a better way.

On the arrival day, we were given a small room, not what expected at all but as soon as we requested a bigger one, we got it the next day. Very clean, very well located, 1mins walk to picpus station, very well situated. Staff was very nice.

The location is very close to the metro station, and the area is overall really nice. There is also a minimarket next door available 24h. The staff are amazing and very welcoming and helpful. The room is also in a decent size, warm, and clean.

It was a bit noisy in our room during our stay, the window was not properly soundproof and the walls are a bit thin as well.
