I like the warm environment that all the staffs have given us during our stays. Me and my family felt so very pleasant. I feel safe with Holiday Inn, Lyon. I am also learning some French with the staff. Moreover, the location is terrific! ^^ it is closer to wherever you wanna go. It close to the main train station where you can go outside or within Paris. Mention about food, the restaurant closed by walking distant is also good. You don’t have to worry of where to eat if you don’t want to go further from the hotel. Just walk, you will find a few that you will enjoy. It also close to a convenient store. I really appreciate in all that they have offered us and do for us. I am sure my family feel the same way as I do, too.

The cleanliness of the rooms was good. The hotels proximity (Just 2 mins wlk) to the Gare de Lyon Station was a big plus. Breakfast was very good and sumptuous.

The room was very tiny. They do not provide toileteris in the room and when you ask for it they grudgingly give it to you and that also you need to go down to reception and collect it yourself. Imagine, you wake up in the morning and suddenly need a toothbrush or a razor you then have to get dressed to go and collect it. Never seen this anywhere else in Holiday inn hotels around the world. The room charges are not value for money.

1) The station is one of the main station and is just 5 min walk from the hotel. Places like Louvre, Chatalet, Champ a lessay are on the same line 1 2)has one super store monop just right almost oppsosite side to hotel 3) staff at the reception is very cordial and helpful. 4) breakfast is nice but wish we had more vegetarian options . 5) this station has direct 45-50 min train to Disney. 6) room size is small but comfortable and very clean . superb bathrooms.

its far side to the city center. so either you land up spending lot of time in train travel. 2) no bus /tram etc goes to the main attractions from this hotel. i would recommend to stay near city center. which is near louvre, or muse d orsay or notre dam area.

Room was spacious and comfortable, a big plus in Paris. Great bathroom. Plenty of lounge space downstairs for when you need it. Though having a large group of conference participants spending several hours in the lounge/bar when you’re trying to use the space for your own work is a bit frustrating! Surely they should be booking extra space for such groups rather than using public space for other hotel users. Elevator access was good. Room lighting was good for both general lighting and bedside specific lighting! breakfast also has extensive options and good time frame.

Bastille not so exciting for dining and shopping.

Rooms was clean, space is enough, bathroom is generous in space also. Seems like hotel is newly renovated. They clean the room everyday, even without request. The bed and lines is super comfortable. Airconditioner works perfectly fine. Water in the shower has strong pressure, shampoo, conditioner and body wash is already provided. You will need to request for sliippers, and other small needs, this is part of their environmental responsilibity. All good. The location is just far from the tourist spots, but very near the Gare De Lyon station, which is what we need, because we will transfer Switzerland after Paris. Staff are friendly too. Breakfast repeats everyday, but that's ok, enough to start your day.

Room was small and had a severe 'roof slope' to one side of the bed. The mattress was extremely firm bordering on uncomfortable. A kettle was advertised with the room (we brought teabags) and yes, we could get hot water from the coffee machine but a kettle would have been better. We used the bar on three out of four evenings and only once were any other people there which was a little sad

First of all, I’m thankful to the staff for letting us check in an hour and a half early because it was pouring and we were soaking wet. We appreciated the comfort, peacefulness and cleanliness of the rooms. The rooms are decent sized with very nice looking, modern bathrooms. We were able to get good sleep every night which was very important to us. The daily cleaning with two complimentary bottles of water provided were a life saver. The overall atmosphere is very professional and pleasant. Breakfast was just superb, with plenty of choice and variety. Each morning it was hard to choose what to eat. Being right next to Gare de Lyon was cool, besides the metro, there were also some useful shops there.

The location and the vibe of the hotel are not ideal for a honeymoon. A side detail: the possibility of getting a pair of simple, cheap slippers would improve the room experience a lot since walking barefoot after a shower is a bit unpleasant.

A very well-designed hotel. I liked all The room features, except for the light switches which were a bit confusing. There was a huge shower head. Breakfast had everything one could want and was in a very pleasant dining room. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is very convenient for Gare de Lyon, but I thought it an interesting area overall - not too touristy. But it is still very central: it is a half hour walk to Notre Dame along the river. I would definitely stay there again

Everything and everywhere was spotless, we had a very comfortable quiet room and slept well. Check in was an easy process and they honoured our room request which I had emailed through a couple of days beforehand. Breakfast was really really good, hot and cold options and plentiful, it is served in a lovely bright room with chandeliers and a nice ambience The staff were all very smiley and helpful. It's literally a minute or 2 flat walk to Gare du Nord, so perfect for onward trains or getting around Paris

If anything the room design is just a bit too corporate, no real personality, no Parisian chic

Excellent breakfasts, truly amazing. Such variety and high standards. Close proximity to the International train station and metros. You can walk with luggage so easily. Many nice restaurants near the hotel and large supermarket is very close. We came to run the Paris Marathon and the staff went out of their way to provide us with many extras to make our marathon preparation easy- like catering for us at breakfast with special meals without us even asking for this and for providing extra food and water, sweets and fruits to take with us to the start. They really looked after us so well. The rooms were a nice size and super clean with good WIFI. The bathrooms are smallish but you can see recently renovated. The beds were the BEST. The hotel safe in the room was handy for our laptop with a charging point inside the safe and the hotel was super clean. I will stay again.

The location was great but the area is not the best, a little run down in some places. But I think this is what you get when you are near large train stations worldwide..........
