The room was small but comfy, large enough for all your stuff and the bathroom was nice. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Overall, the hotel left a charming impression. It's in a decent neighbourhood, very close to the Place de Republique, several metro stations and restaurants.

Getting to the hotel using the Chateau d'Eau metro station (as suggested by Google Maps) at night might not be the best idea, as it tends to be a bit scary for tourists with lots of suspicious looking people. The walls are a bit thin so other people in the hotel are easy to be heard, but it's not that big of a deal.

The room was very small and there was very little storage Breakfast could be better - the croissants and bread did not feel very fresh - abd yet there is an excellent bakers’ next door to the hotel, so it should not be difficult to source

Great location, good value & decent breakfast. Various Metro stations nearby as well as Gare du Nord & Gare de L'Est. And for those that like a good walk, Notre Dame, the Louvre, Sacre Coeur & Moulin Rouge can all be reached in 30 - 40 min on foot.

the helpful staff, the location, the bedroom. having two Metro stations in walking distance was good. the boulangerie right next door was very special, lovely fresh pastry, bread and coffee, beautiful people. plenty of useful shops right nearby: phone shop across the road, laundrette and small supermarket round the corner, several nice restaurants close by (the Thai street food one really good). the weekend market in the street outside was really interesting too. nice lobby, sitting area in front of hotel. Elevator helpful.

Well-maintained building and room. Good A/C and wifi. English speaking news on TV. Front lobby was pleasant. In the Marais and close to two metro stations in either direction. Can't beat that. Easy walking with luggage. (Also, a fantastic boulangerie/patisserie next door - Maison Mae...the best pastries and coffee I had in France!)

I didn't think the front desk staff went out of their way to be friendly or welcoming. Sometimes they wouldn't even look up from their desk when we can or went. Usually it was only when I greeted them did they return the greeting. Kind of odd. It appears they had a space in the lobby for one to get hot water, etc. But they didn't offer or tell us what it was and we didn't ask. Marais can get a little crazy with protests and all, but overall that's part of the action and great bars and restaurants. Don't be timid. Get out there.

Fab location about 10 mins walk from Republique Metro. The online check in makes things very simple so we just needed to collect the key card and pay the city tax when we arrived. We had a twin room. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was small but had usual amenities such as fridge , safe, hair drier. Room is not fancy but it is very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. We left our bags after we’d checked out. Area is very safe feeling and there are lots of great restaurants and bars nearby. Perfect for a city break. Highly recommend- price was a bargain!

We liked the location, the room was quiet, we had everything we needed to rest after a full day of exploring Paris. The room was cleaned every day and the boulangerie downstairs was amazing! Good connections with public transport - 2 different metro lines available nearby. Nice restaurants, boulangeries, supermarket and even a market in the area.

Bathroom is quite small and shower gel/shampoo wasn't provided although the previous one was finished. The breakfast was fair, but we would have liked a little bit more diversity, especially if you stay for longer periods. For us,the options were the same in the 4 mornings of our stay.

The room and bathroom were small but fine, kept very clean. We looked out onto the street, which was nice. One of the best Boulangeries in Paris was on one corner (watch out for the queues!) and a market on another, lots of cafes and eateries around. Close to Place de la Republique. Tea and coffee available all the time in the reception area, cake in the afternoon. A small, friendly hotel perfect for tourists with lots of restaurants in easy walking distance.

The room was very small and it was a bit of a squash to get into the bathroom as the door opened virtually on to the bed.

It‘s walking distance from Gare du Nord (less than 20 mins) and very close to a couple of Metro stations. It is very quick to travel to see all the sights from here. We mostly walked to Republique Metro, very close by. There is a 24/7 mini supermarket a minute away on the same street. The beds were super comfortable! The rooms were clean and modern with enough space. Friendly staff. Lift up to our floor. A great place to stay in the 10th Arrondissement- I was really pleased with my choice.

Great location near metro, cafes, shops..all u need. Staff tried to help and even with some language barrier they really tried. Warm room. Comfortable big bed. Lift.

Tiny bathroom. Shower spacious but very limited space for toilet and sink. Poor quality toilet loo. some towels used and not great quality. No option to turn temperature below 17degrees so we had to have window open. Housekeepers were very load one morning at 8am. But after speaking to reception it did not happen next morning.
